Aren't we all?

Great post that touches this mother's heart.

More details on the marker holders - with five kids at home, all in various stages of artistic endeavours, we could use something like that. I have resorted to big baggies full of different sizes of markers - but I like this idea better.

Would Mr. or Mrs. Rondeau Ric consider pointing us to a shopping source?bethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03119943581970095780noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19608656.post-1165246498256768042006-12-04T10:34:00.000-05:002006-12-04T10:34:00.000-05:00They actually put them away without prompting, ama...They actually put them away without prompting, amazing.

Both of your kids are cool but being a guy I relate to Liam more. As a 7 year old I found him to be very considerate, just the right amount of pain in the butt and he seems to have a sense of humour.
Bottle your parenting skill and sell it and you could retire in 6 months.

PS I’m still waiting for volume two of Letters from Eden.
RRRondeau Richttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16757905904813824235noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19608656.post-1165245576454424422006-12-04T10:19:00.000-05:002006-12-04T10:19:00.000-05:00Julie, excellent of you to aware of Liam's artisti...Julie, excellent of you to aware of Liam's artistic tendencies early. The thing that caused me to be an artist is that my Dad was, and always set me up with plenty of good fresh paper, pencils, crayons, cra-pas pastels and markers. Never mined me making a mess and taught me how to clean up. You'll provide him a springboard to another world. Also, my book just came and I'm really excited to get home to it!Kevinnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19608656.post-1165238983820592082006-12-04T08:29:00.000-05:002006-12-04T08:29:00.000-05:00The winds hit us here on Saturday, bringing our Fr...The winds hit us here on Saturday, bringing our Friday temps. of 72 down to 40. I don't have one now, but in 1988 we moved into a house in Bel Air, MD and our neighbor greeted us with a weeping willow offspring from one of the largest on his farmette. It was about 6' tall. When we left Bel Air 15 years later, it had grown at least ten times it's height and width. Chloe spent countless hours under that tree, waiting for that elusive squirrel to fall to her feet.Maryhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02040099513110890878noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19608656.post-1165204131430576912006-12-03T22:48:00.000-05:002006-12-03T22:48:00.000-05:00I tried my damnedest to keep that front over here ...I tried my damnedest to keep that front over here in Cincinnati, Julie. I got one for our place about 6 years ago. It went on the blink last week and Tom and I are trying to figure out how to get it back. It is addictive. We get winds about once a year that are over 100mph. We are too curious not to know how much over.Trixiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04765602736333069178noreply@blogger.com
