I'm another NPR drive-by reader. I'm sure you've gotten hundreds who didn't leave comments.
I wanted to say it's good when wives and husbands write about the same event. It hightlights differences in their respective natures. Also, people think harder about what they say if there's a possibility of being contradicted.

I too heard your piece on NPR today (in Boston, MA). I loved it. I just cracked up laughing during most of it. I can totally relate. I agree with Scott, but I also think it's probably fun for you & your husband to compete over blog entries. I'm glad I found your blog. This isn't really about this piece, it's about your piece today on ALL THINGS CONSIDERED. It was excellent, by the way. It seems to me that you and your husband can blog about the same events in your lives. It is your life, afterall. Most people probably don't read both of you, and for those who do it would be interesting to read different takes on the same events. Just a thought. Thanks for your voice.
