As many of you know, we are rather proud of our colored gemstone collection. Yearly trips to the Tucson gem and mineral shows have allowed me to gather some of the coolest materials on earth. Friday night, november 7th we are hosting our gemstone event from 6-9 PM. An amazing collection of stones will be displayed for one evening only. Gemstone lovers will delight in seeing sapphire, tourmaline, garnet, spinel, and many other varieties of gems that we will be showing. Gems are one of the only things that nature creates that man makes more exquisite. Stop in, we look forward to seeing you. Also, next Saturday, Nov. 15th is gallery night. Wow! My apologies to all who look to see "what's new" and found no new postings for a year. I'm back. There is a $25 gift certificate for the first person to mention the new blog. The featured image is our new limited edition design which will premier on Gallery Night, Saturday, November 17th. A numbered edition of 20 pieces of this design will be available in a variety of metal and gem combinations, with a portion of the proceeds being donated to a local charity. New rings , earrings and pendants will also debut on Gallery Night (6-9pm). Make downtown a destination for a great evening out, we look forward to seeing you, best wishes, Chris.

Downtown's holiday season continues with Merry Madness 10AM til 5PM Saturday, December 2nd. Forget the mall and enjoy yourself shopping downtown! Gallery Night!

Thanks to all who attended our gemstone event last month. A great time was had by all! The five gift certificate winners were especially glad they attended. Our upcoming holiday season kicks off with gallery night downtown, saturday november 18th from 6 till 9 pm. We will be again be showcasing our own new work. Stop in for a holiday preview and try out our wish list service. This service assists shoppers in making the perfect selection. We will begin extended hours the friday after thanksgiving (10AM till 8PM) and Saturday November 25th is downtown's Holiday Parade and cookie event. We will be open until 6PM that evening , stop in to say hello. We look forward to seeing you!

As many of you know, we have a fabulous collection of colored stones and unusual gem quality minerals that Chris has gathered throughout the almost twenty five years in the industry. These were always intended to become wearable jewelry pieces and will now be the highlight of our first ever all gemstone event in the store. Friday night, October 20th, from 6-9 pm, the store will be transformed into a gem gallery.
Stop in to see what might become part of your collection, check out new designs for these stones, or work with our staff to create a new piece for yourself or someone on your gift giving list. We hope you can join us for an evening of enjoyment. You may even be a winner in our in store drawings for over $500 in gift certificates!

Summer at AMS

There is so much going on in downtown that has created great energy for the staff at AMS. Every weekend there seems to be an activity that is bringing people into the store and walking down the streets. We have entered our third year of business and we are excited for the growth that has taken place and are looking forward to the new opportunties that this third year will bring us.

Don't forget to visit us during First Fridays on August 5th and look for Chris and Mallory on August 6th at the Starving Artists Fair!
