About two weeks ago I was at Scott park with my children. We were walking along a path and we came along two men. Guess what these two men were doing!? They started to run away and got into two different vehicles and sped off - nearly hitting an elderly gentleman. I was going to report the incident to Millcreek Police but I didn't get the license plate of the vehicles.<BR/><BR/>I think instead of tearing down trees Millcreek township needs to REALLY, REALLY, REALLY crack down on this type of immoral, deviant behavior. In the middle of the afternoon! In broad daylight! <BR/>I tried to contact the local media (WSEE) but was told that it isn't a big deal. Other friends of mine have told similar stories about what they and their families have witnessed. Enough is enough!!! Time to get involved.H.
