What is Tantra then..??

Tantra BASICALLY....very, very, basically.....

....Is a system which allows YOU to control your sexual energy , connect that to your body's natural energies (referred to as life force) and achieve a state of incredible contentment. What could Easily be described as bliss or ecstasy, a sensual science..etc..etc.

(There will always be an argument on how to describe Tantra as generally people are lost for words)

Tantra is linked to sex, because a "state of incredible contentment", is often referred to as a "full body orgasm" and through ignorance , that is then referenced to SEX. Yes, you can go on to use the techniques in your love making but its not the core value.

A Tantric Massage lasts 2 hours. It is a full body massage and includes the massage of the genital area. The idea is that one connects to his or her own life force and allows it to flow freely throughout the whole body. It is a very relaxing and energizing experience at the same time.

February's Tantra Training workshop. Was held in the idyllic Andalusian mountains. We were blessed with perfect weather and an equally perfect group of Tantrica's, from Spain, UK, Italy Lichtenstein, South Africa and India.

Our thanks go to all our participants for making it such a resounding success.
