They said even if there was  blood on the food I got from them there is nothing the public health can do, the  only thing they can do is go to inspect the restaurant to check if employees  wash their hands properly and some other checks, public health said they can't  force their inspectors to check employee hands for cuts etc.. As its beyond  their job duties.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Obviously when public health visits a restaurant,  employees will wash their hands in front of the inspector frequently just for  show, public health should also review cameras, listen to customer complaints  and based on customer complaints they should take action.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;I did some  research on google using the search terms McDonalds blood, also tried searching  McDonalds found blood, or I found blood McDonalds, and I found many posts and  complaints about people having the same issue with McDonalds.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Some people  sued McDonalds for this, and I urge people to do this, under no circumstances  there should be blood found in food!&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;I'm not sure if it was a prank done  by an employee there at that McDonalds or not, but that is not a joke and its  very disgusting to have blood on your big mac, and what if they had put the  blood on places you can't even notice and see? Such as the meat?&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;After I  saw the blood on my bigmac, I immediately felt very sick and started throwing  up, I was so disgusted.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;I couldn't sleep all night, I was worried that  there might have been a disease or HIV in that blood, and when I spoke to my  doctor my doctor said HIV could take up to 6 months to show in the blood, what  am I going to do now?? Wait 6 months and worry this whole time??? This is  insane.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;When I spoke to Public Health about this, they said even if I  were to consume blood that has HIV, I would not get HIV, then I asked them how  can they be so sure??, what if I have cuts in my mouth? Or if I have a cut in my  gums? Or any cuts in my stomach or anywhere that I don't feel or see? They said  then yes you might get the HIV if you have this.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;What bothers me is some  people don't use their head sometimes and don't think properly, this is a very  serious issue, people need to worry about this a lot and be careful, just  because you don't feel any pain doesn't mean you don't have any cuts or open  sores, just because you don't see it doesn't mean its not  there!!!!!&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;I feel that McDonalds should compensate me for what they  did to me.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;I was given a phone number for a person named Steve @  905-447-6506 who claims to be the manager at this location, I spoke to him and  he asked me if I could give him the sample of this bigmac so he can send it out  to a private lab McDonalds deals with, I told him that once I give him the  sample then I will no longer have the evidence! That would be the stupidest  thing to do! If McDonalds asks you to give them the sample, never ever do this,  if you do then you basically destroyed all the proof.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;I called him after  I had the sample tested and he started loosing his temper and started being very  rude to me and said that he will not be able to help me because I already made  the decision to go to a third party private lab.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Steve is a crook, if he  was a normal fair business man, he wouldn't be acting and treating his customers  like this.&lt;BR style="mso-special-character: line-break"&gt;&lt;BR  style="mso-special-character: line-break"&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt; I made the original payment by credit card 24 hrs before it was delivered so that was supposed to be enough time to notify the driver, maybe they do this on purpose sometimes to scam people, who knows! Secondly, this invoice was available for you to see the entire month that the payment was due in your GlowHost account manager.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We have sent notices, many of them, and quite honestly, even if they did not arrive, this would be our fault why? You have the invoice available online in your account manager so it is always available and finally, you should already know your renewal date. If you claim that you never received warning about your water or electric bill, do they shut you off? Yes, they do and there is no difference in this case.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can tell you that if you decide to charge back and slander or libel our name there will be monetary and legal ramifications.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Firstly you are threatening to chargeback monies for services that were already rendered, simply because you never paid a bill that was due to us, and you lost your account for it. How would that be fair to make me pay for your server for the services we already rendered you? First it is unethical, second it is illegal. If we see a chargeback first I am sending this account to collections for both payments, plus the $75 early termination fee, plus the $35 collections fee all outlined in the Terms of Service agreement. What you have paid now and forgot to pay will be collected, plus fees, and the ever-so-fun process of having a collections agency ring your phone all day and night until they have the money.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If our collection attempts fail we will be seeing you in Florida, for the legal proceedings since among other things, (like making your payment on time to avoid loss of services) you have agreed to this as part of your contract. Any and all legal venes will be held in Florida. So then you get to buy yourself a nice airline ticket to Florida just to be told that you owe us the money, and now you will have a criminal record. The word is fraud and do you know what happens to fraudsters? They cannot vote, and they cannot own a firearm. Employers who do a background check on you will see you as a fraudster, and you wont get any good jobs. We will also be seeking treble damages for the unpaid payment. Treble means 3x what the original bill was worth, We wont have a problem getting a favorable judgment for those treble damages, the fraud judgment would simply be icing on the cake... Do you really want to go this route?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Maybe none of this is important to you but I can tell you if I see a charge back I will see this ticket escalated to collections, then to law enforcement, then to a judge so lets not do something stupid.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for the forums, go ahead, any publicity is good publicity. We did nothing wrong other than take back our property which you were not paying for, which was more than a month late.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;as for the BBB, I will show them this ticket and your account history. They are not going to do anything anyways. Why is that?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So the question is, do you want this server or not?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have someone else who wants the same specifications and you were first in line, but we don't issue logins until we have a payment. Instead of making them wait 3-4 days for us to build them a new machine I would rather just give them the one I am holding for you today and move on with the day if you are not interested.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Your logins will be available within a few hours after payment. If you do not have them, all you need to do is respond to this ticket. But chances are they are sitting in a spam folder somewhere.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don't understand why you think you did not have the logins for weeks after the last payment, but if you did not have them, my question is why did you not ask for them to be (re)issued? That seems extremely peculiar to me. If I spent all that money on a dedicated server I surely would be asking about my logins as soon as payment was made.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Don't forget we hosted your site for nearly a month for free and you technically still owe us for that month. Why 2 months? Because you did not formally cancel your service agreement, we hosted the site for one month and you have to cancel 30 days advance of your next bill date, which was never done.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If a chargeback appears on this account, this case WILL BE seen in court.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any public slander or libel will also be brought fourth as evidence against your case. All of your threats have been logged and are already in the hands of our attorneys. I have told them to open a file on you and not to file a court order until I give them further notice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now lets you and me re-visit the chargeback discussion.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If this company sees a chargeback, in addition to the problems we are already going to seeking to commence against you above, we will be seeing treble damages for the chargeback, and all other fees which are owed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Treble, in case you forgot about this term, means 3 times what you originally owed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That is in addition to fraud charges for "Theft of Service," and I am sure we can dig something up for the slander and libel that you have indicated your intentions of spewing about the web.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Remember your case will appear in a Florida court, (refer to your contract which describes where you will be appearing) so do not forget about your hotel and airline ticket.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Did you read the part of your service contract that says when we win the case, you also pay for our legal fees? Thankfully, both of us live in the good ole USA. We have a legal system that loves to punish people like you.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Even if you do not decide to turn this case into a fraud lawsuit by issuing a chargeback, this company can still sue you, to the point at which I personally get bored of it, based on your threats alone. If I decide to submit this case today, even if you do not submit a chargeback request, it would easily turn into a "Conspiracy to Commit Fraud" lawsuit, which has the same legal ramifications as committing fraud itself.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If I were you I would walk away from this if I were you and do the right thing which is to not issue a chargeback since you and I both know that you received a server, for not only the month you paid for, but a second month to which you did not pay for. Guess who paid for the second month of your server Alex?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Me, it came directly out of my pocket.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You stole from me once. If you plan on stealing from me again by means of a chargeback, I guarantee things for you are not going to be pretty.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We have offered you a good deal, a new server, and no charges for your missed payments. and refund me they failed to refund me because they said they don't offer refunds on dedicated servers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;So basically they scammed me, they took my money and failed to provide me with the service that I paid for which is illegal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Don't trust AM Hosting, I filed for a chargeback through my credit card company and it's currently in process, I believe chargeback is the only way to go with when dealing with a company like this.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br We returned promptly.  Here is what I have done so far:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Between July 2005 to July 2006&lt;br&gt;1. I wrote several emails to different people at WebTrends. No reply on the payment.&lt;br&gt;      ( The stocks plus money owing to us was estimated at $30K )&lt;br&gt;2. I wrote letters to WebTrends CEO and Francisco Partners, owner of WebTrends for help. No reply&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Aug 2006 to 28 Aug 2008&lt;br&gt;1. D &amp;amp; B local office was engaged to help collect.&lt;br&gt;2. They failed to convince WebTrends and even aborted a hearing in 2008 for which they asked for an est $5K fee in 2006.&lt;br&gt;3. I insisted that they continued since they asked for the money and took it. Instead they refunded and stopped.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I lost 2 years with D&amp;amp;B and am very angry. We are small. Only two people. We get bullied.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I hope you, the readers can help me.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Of course it would be great if you can advise me if there is any way in Portland that I can use to further my cause. Blogs ( respectable ones )?
