The vaccine is free for all Pratt students.&lt;p&gt; You are highly encouraged to come to Health and Counseling for the&lt;br&gt; vaccine during our designated H1N1 vaccine clinics between 4:00 and&lt;br&gt; 5:30, November 16 ? November 20 and November 23 - 25.&lt;br&gt; You may also use our regular medical walk-in hours for this purpose&lt;br&gt; (9:00 ? 11:00 and 1:00 ? 3:00 M ? Th and 10:00 ? 12:00 and 1:00 ?&lt;br&gt; 3:00 F), but the wait is expected to be much longer during these&lt;br&gt;hours.&lt;p&gt; Due to the current shortage of the vaccine, only those faculty and&lt;br&gt; staff memebers fitting the following criteria are eligible to&lt;br&gt; receive the H1N1 vaccine at this time:&lt;br&gt; Pregnant women&lt;br&gt; All health care workers&lt;br&gt; Anyone 6 months through 24 years of age&lt;br&gt; Anyone 25 through 64 years of age who has an underlying health&lt;br&gt; condition that increases risk of severe illness or complications&lt;br&gt; from flu:&lt;br&gt; Asthma and other chronic respiratory conditions&lt;br&gt; Heart, kidney or liver disease&lt;br&gt; Hematologic diseases, such as sick cell anemia&lt;br&gt; Metabolic disorders, such as diabetes&lt;br&gt; Weakened immune system, from illness or medication&lt;br&gt; Neuromuscular disorders that interfere with breathing or the&lt;br&gt; discharge of mucus&lt;br&gt; Long-term aspirin therapy in people under 19&lt;br&gt; Anyone who lives with or cares for children less than 6 months old&lt;br&gt; We have not yet received our full stock of SEASONAL flu vaccine. We&lt;br&gt; will notify you when it becomes available, but in the mean time you&lt;br&gt; can obtain this vaccine from the NYC Department of Health?s&lt;br&gt;Immunization Clinics.
