Some of the best I've found are in NY's Flushing China Town. But, by far the best Chinese food in the US is in ChinaTown in Los Angeles' Metro Area: Alhambra and Monterey Park where it stretches 5-6 city blocks on each sides of I-10. Fung's kitchen is the only &lt;a href="http://www.chinatownconnection.com/restaurant.htm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Chinese restaurant in Houston&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt; that comes very close to the quality of food in LA.
