I work in the HealthCare feild where we are short staffed on a regular almost daily basis and if there are not enough employees comming in on the next shift it is mandate to stay over and help. We are very much so obligated to stay for our residents even if that means working long grueling hours. This is especially hard for those of us already with disrupted sleeping patterns because of grave yard shift hours and then families to tend to at home. After working all night half of all day and then tending a family on a mere 3 or 4 hours of sleep a day I am ashamed to admitt I sometimes hold the title of THE GROUCHY MOMMYAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
