I don't know about other cities, but here in Tumwater, the city will bring those big orange trash bags right to your house, then will also come pick them up and discard if you like. My wife and I also put a broom and dustpan in our xtracycle bags so that we can sweep broken glass off the bike lanes as well :) I'll take some pics of our next outing!derekhttp://www.bikerubbish.comnoreply@blogger.com
