seen as there wasn't any racing for us to go to today, & our intended gypo session got rained off, i thought i'd post some pictures of cal instead from camera messing about today.

it was my 21st birthday on thursday and i got some wireless flash triggers. i've got loads of ideas of photos i want to take with them, but they don't seem to want to work. the transmitter doesn't transmit and the reciever makes my flash go crazyyy and fire constantly :[

i'ma take them back to calumet i think and get some that work [i hope], and buy myself a nice new bigger camera bag while i'm at it, 'cause my dad gave me the money for that too :]. i love birthdays. i'll stop chatting rubbish now.

for some reason i forgot to upload this to here when i uploaded it to my flickr, so here it is. i love taking polaroids.

i hope they still have film left in the store with the secret stash, so i can birthday treat myself to some on thursday :]

i really want to go to France & take photos of the Tour, and to Newquay to take photos of the sea.

the lytham photos are posted :] today was lonngggg, but it was good. the payback final was ace. as was the weather [with the exception of the brief chucking down we had]. i find it strange that there's only two summre regionals left, when it only just feels like summer has started.

todays photos from a sunny & dusty Bradford regional are now posted. It wasn't too bad of a regional considering there's not many people who're keen on the track.

It's Cheddar Euro next weekend & i'm excited. i love cheddar :]

also, please let me know what you think of new album layout. is it better than the old one or not? faster? slower?

while a doctor was removing my appendix, through my belly button, in a Belgian hospital, my dad was using my press pass & cameras to take pictures of the racing in Dessel. he's uploaded some to his flickr for people to see. click here to see them.

the album of yesterdays Peterborough pictures are now posted :] i could only take one photo a race cause my flash had to keep recharging [or whatever it does] so there's not too many.

yesterday was pretty good, with no rain & ace racing in the finals. today wasn't bad either. once the horrible pouring rain went away, there was more good racing. no pictures of today though-standing in the middle of the track when it's chucking it down isn't much fun.

i hope the sun re-appears for leeds regional next weekend, and that the track is good for picture taking.

oh and, the peterborough pictures aren't in the right order as my camera started counting from the beginning half way through the day.

i've posted an album of the few Friday practice pictures i got to take in Belgium this weekend. i'm sad i missed out on taking photos of racing, i think i'd have enjoyed it. oh well, the hospital was nice at least, as was the area the track was in, and the weather apparently.

the sun is shining again today. & it's warm enough for shorts & flipflops which makes me happy happy happyyyy :]

anywayy, to the point of the post - Crewe was the best regional i've been to in ages. it was ace. really good racing, and atmosphere and everything else, and the weather was loverlyyy. i even got a little burnt :].

* if you're here looking for the photos, they wont be up for a while yet. i've sent them to fastlane so they can choose which ones they want. when they've done that, the album of the rest will be up. keep checking, it shouldn't be long.

i'm amazed.....the sun came out to play today. it must be because regional had summer infront of it. i didn't really enjoy taking pictures so there's just a few from practice in todays album.

i've finally warmed up after the windier than windy day at Derby today. i'm suprised i managaed to take any pictures at all i was that cold, but i did, and they're now posted. i really cant wait for races in the sunshine & warmth. apart from the cold wind it wasn't bad. with the exception of being told rudely [rather than asked politely] to stop using my flash, even though there were others using their more powerful ones. hmm!

prints & cards still available. email me with requests. especially of any 2008 photos as those albums are soon to be deleted to make way for 2009.
