Unfortunately it's nothing special, <a href="http://thefinancialladder.blogspot.com/2006/05/i-received-raise-soooo-what.html">another 3.0%</a> raise this year. Seems as though I'm with in average range for this year. <a href="http://www.usatoday.com/money/workplace/2006-08-21-salaries-usat_x.htm">They expected raises</a> to be from 3 to 4 percent last year. I've also found that it's slightly under<a href="http://inflationdata.com/Inflation/Inflation_Rate/CurrentInflation.asp"> last years average inflation rate of 3.24%</a>.
