He is our Gelataio or gelato maker. On any given day, Jonathan can make as many as 105 batches of gelato and sorbetto. What he loves most about working at Angelato are the people he works with. He says they make the workplace very pleasurable and make it a great experience every day he goes to work. Jonathan's favorite gelato and sorbetto flavors are Peanut Butter Cup and Apple Cider. When asked what flavor gelato or sorbetto he has never attempted but would love to try he replied, "There isn't a flavor that I haven't attempted. That's one of the reasons I love my job, it's that I can let my imagination run free."
When Jonathan isn't creating our delicious gelato, he loves to play golf, which he started playing this summer. Jonathan believes with the quality products we sell and create that the sky is the limit when it comes to the future possibilities for Angelato.

Cassie Firenzenoreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1845985716453858215.post-49214320538851669092008-01-25T10:23:00.000-08:002008-01-25T10:29:07.420-08:00gelateria! caffe! salumeria! Notice anything different at Angelato?
This week, we put up signs in the windows so that passers by can tell exactly what's going on inside. Cassie climbed Mt. Monadnock on Friday with the kids from her school. I couldn't send her up with stale peanut butter and jelly or trail mix; as she's been spoiled rotten on the food from our shop. She trekked up the mountain with special ordered Angelato sandwiches for the faculty chaperones (these guys don't really know how to rough it!). An 80 degree day in September and great scenic views might be just the motivation we need to figure out how to get gelato up on the mountain top. With a gourmet spice in hand, he set to create this continent's finest cinnamon flavored gelato. By noon, he had perfected the recipe and brought it home. It was delicious!!
