If the rifle is over filled or low on pressure, it will shoot at a lower velocity. Since the Mk3 Sport is not regulated, too much pressure can actually reduce the power of the rifle.

Depending on which caliber you have, 60 shots is too many for the Mk3 Sport at full power. If you have a .20 or a .22 caliber rifle, it should give 35-40 shots with about 30 fps spread. The Mk3 FTR will give well over 60 shots, but it has a longer air cylinder and a regulator.

Chances are, if you are getting a 60 to 100 fps spread over a fill, there are 40 shots in there with a 30 fps spread, and the large variation is coming at the beginning or end of your fill. Try finding your "sweet spot" by determining your fill ideal pressure, and shoot 40 shots from there. You should see the consistency that is common amongst the Mk3's.

Otherwise, call us here and we'll help you find your rifle's "sweet spot" in its fill. If you absolutely need 60 shots, adjust the power down a few steps and you should achieve moderate power at the 60 shots required.Airguns of Arizonahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08318721934235864330noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18376485.post-1154609049551558722006-08-03T05:44:00.000-07:002006-08-03T05:44:00.000-07:00Hi Guy`s,Hope that you and yours are fine. On a full-fill (60 shots)I`ve had it range from 52fps to over 100fps is this normal? It does change the poi. Am i the only one, or has anyone had similar experences?

All the Best,
Ken in PA.Ken in Pa.http://www.blogger.com/profile/18145947562719648489noreply@blogger.com
