For this who do not know the linkaGoGo channels feature, channels allow you to access parts of your bookmarks in other applications. For example as an RSS feed or a on Active desktop. Yesterday I received an email from godaddy.com that the domain linkaGoGo.com was now registered through godaddy.com. With the approval of ICANN Godaddy.com made a deal with registerFly to take over all their domains. I started to get the first signs of it on Thursday when I got a support email from a member who wanted to publish some folders using Javascript and had some trouble doing that. Now before we go into the details of the Duplicate Finder, I’d like to define what a duplicate bookmark is. A duplicate bookmarks is a bookmark in your collection that has the same url, also known as location, for a website but has a different name and/or lives in a seperate folder. <!--[if !GoGolianhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08797144514388000585noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18108951.post-76749931237419618772007-03-10T12:58:00.000-05:002007-03-10T13:03:06.838-05:00Spring CleaningOver the last few months we are experiencing a strong growth of memberships at linkaGoGo. The first attack was in September where over 4000 bogus accounts were being created. Soon after that the Society page was flooded with Spam postings. Normally I would use an image editor to create a gradient.
