No wonder we haven't heard any more about Saturday yoga at Leanne's -- what a wonderful treat those mornings were! Kudos for facing those fears and mustering the strength to transport you through them. We all are given "opportunities" -- it's the choices we make that are challenging. I find relief from the uncertainties when I return to my practice, my mat and the quiet stillness within. Only then does the clarity begin to appear for me.
