Making twice as much money as I was making at Ecommerce Partners. ECP doesn't pay their employees enough. I don't know why either, with the amount they charge clients.<br /><br />In my travels searching for a job, I've developed a pet peeve. The owners of certain small companies like to share about their accomplishments. They like to say: "We are the most successful...." or "We've worked with high profile clients like Dannon, CNN, etc." or "We've been rated the best in our industry." That's all well and good. But when it comes to discussing salary; you hear: "Well we are a small company and can't afford what you're asking". You like sounding like a big company but can't pay a reasonable salary.
