I'd get up feeling lousy and tired, have a nap halfway through the day and still feel horibble and sad. I could barely manage a smile. I managed nothing blog worthy. I think I've been in a bit of a depression. <br /><br /> However, today I woke up early to a bright sun and blue sky and holy cow, what a difference. I've got energy and good spirits and my brain is now running at a decent speed.
