When I worked in Television Production, I was an assistant editor, this position required an extensive use of a number of Adobe products including Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator. My Job included creating logos that exactly matched the logo used by that particular company, matching exact type, even recreating posters used in advertisments for various productions. Besides that, I also helped create type, moving type, and anything that consisted of overlaying object onto video. After the first company I worked for went Bankrupt, I decided to design on a freelance basis. The following works are some of the things that I helped create.Using mainly PhotoShop and Illustrator, I went of creating Flyers, logos, and other graphic heavy materials. Uneducated in graphic design, I thought I did a pretty good job for some of the companies I worked for.

Again, with my Photographs, I use PhotoShop sparingly. I do not alter the orginality of the photograph, move objects, or create objects that do not exist. If I do, I catagorize the work as graphical, not as a photograph. With the intergration of Film into Digital medium, it is so much easier to take out objects that do not fit into the frame. To me, the Photograph itself has taken form once the shutter has been released and the image is now burned to film or to memory. I strongly believe that the photograph is concieved at the place of conception, Once the picture is taken, 85% of the work is already done.

Now, Here is some of the work I created during my year as a freelance designer:

<img style="MARGIN: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; Especially with digital photography, there is just plain nothing to it.” I came back with it depends on how the photograph is prepared, the intention of the photographer, and how the work is displayed.

He then asked if I thought images from a newspaper or if I believed that wedding portraits are something that should be put up against a painting, a sculpture, or even a drawing. Again I stated that it all depends on the photographer and what the intentions are. Is the photographer is planning to show the work to the public, how much emotion is invoked into the intended audience, or what stories can be told from the particular image.

I agreed that consumer photography should not be considered an art form because most people take the picture and store them away forever. Even commercial photography should not be considered because it separates the photographer from the image; meaning that someone tells the photographer what they want, giving the photographer very little freedom or control. I then told him, the same goes with a painting….if an art director says to a painter I want this and I want you to change this and get rid of that; now, the element of self is taken out of the painting and you now have a mechanical element rather than an artistic element.

To me, art is the expression of ones self and how it is portrayed by the artist. When you bring in any other input to your work…..it is no longer yours, and thus is no longer art. I guess that is why I never got into journalism…. When somebody tells you what to shoot, the only element the photographer brings to the table is the element of composition and the ability to be able to control the camera.

I again, believe the same for any so called art styles such as sculpting, painting, and drawing. When your art director tells a painter to paint anything, you now have lost a large portion of what is considered to be the freedom of expression.

What do you consider art?

MORE WORK......

<img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; The last month has just been crazy and promises to slow down a bit after school gets into its first few weeks. I have been very busy trying to scan in as many photographs as I can. Since I usually only shoot slide film and some times standard print film it only makes sense that I have my work digitized for post editing on PhotoShop. The best thing about scanning color slides is that colors scan in much more vibrant and crisp which allows for more details to edit in PhotoShop.

The greatest tool that I take advantage of in PhotoShop are the layers and the ability to mix layers. Using layers I can take full advantage of the lightest highs and the darkest lows. The trick is to copy the background layer twice leaving you with three layers while always leaving your bottom layer in the normal mode. The upper two layers can vary depending on whether you would like your highlights or your darks to be the dominant portion of the photograph. Now, select the top lay and switch the layer mode to screen. Then go to the next layer and switch the mode multiply. Multiply and screen are exact opposites of each other so when you have all three layers open, you are now back to how the original looked before with one major difference; you now have control of your highlights, mid tones, and the dark tones. The easiest way to see this control is to turn the opacity slider on either the screened layer or the multiplied layer.

The best way to describe multiply and screen goes like this: With screen, the dark or black portion of an image is removed while the highlights are emphasized over the bottom layer. Multiply works the other way around where all highlights or whites are removed while darks or blacks are emphasized over the bottom (normal) layer. The advantage is that you can control the amount of highlights and shadows to equalize the mid-tones. This is similar to adjusting levels but with more control. Using the eraser tool comes in handy to erase high levels on either the screen or multiply layers.

PhotoShop has many different ways to do the same things. It is all based on the user and how the user can effectively get the job done. If you are not familiar with layers, I would suggest playing around with them and get the basic concept of how they can be used. With unlimited layers, the end result has unlimited possibilities.

MORE WORKS....

"The Dragon" sk2005

"Burning Passion Series" sk2005

"Sparkler" sk2005

"Fireworks at the Taste" sk2005

"Christmas in Kansas City" Lights series - sk2005

"Dew Drop" - sk2003

"Winter in the woods" sk2004

"Home Celebration" sk2005

" The Country Fair " Gravitron - sk2005
Shawn Kringstadhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16913617172339454678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17727230.post-1134432432135884942005-12-12T17:09:00.000-06:002005-12-13T04:03:58.143-06:00More photographs for thought....
Back to showing more work....At the end of the showcased photographs, I am adding some more graphic art work or as I like to call them, eye candy.... As I stated in the photoshop blog that I wrote, I would like to distance my photography with any extreme alterations such as graphic art. I am hoping to keep the integrity of my photography as a clean, ethical, and morally principled art. I specify when it's my photography and when its my graphic art.

The reason I like to do graphic design is because sometimes my photographs would be interesting with a little bit of spice. Each work of art is formed from a photograph(s) that I have shot. With that said......enjoy!

-Shawn

Kansas city untitled - sk2005

__________________

<img style="DISPLAY: block; The temperature was 20 below zero and the wind chill felt like 35 below zero. I was on a shoot to capture the lights of Christmas that illuminated the entire city before they shut off at 3am. I was shooting slide film that night with speeds of 100 and 50 to give myself a shutter speed that would allow me to shoot 15 seconds or more. I carried a Minolta Maxxum 7 and my old trusty Canon AE1 and was ready to shoot.

Now when I shoot, weather doesn’t bother me one bit. The biggest problem that I had that night was my Maxxum 7 froze up, so the rest of the night I was gloveless while I adjusted the aperture and shutter to a setting that would allow me to push the light to an effect that would not let light bleed into the shadows. Once the light stops, there is no gradation between lightness and darkness. I knew with the settings I was using and the amount I was bracketing that I would in fact get an interesting outcome.

When I got the slides back I was in for a surprise. With the amount of light that was let in from the shutter and the fact that I kept the aperture anywhere from 22 to 27, I found that not only did the light source from artificial environmental sources (street lights) but the detail in the snow was incredible. The great thing about experimenting with your camera, different settings, film speeds, and even bracketing your light is that you will not only figure out what your hypothesis was, but you are sure to find out other benefits from changing the way conventional shooting is done.

With the Stillwater shots that I finished I found that I need to change the colors from what ever the light temperature was, in this case the snow was yellow and the lights started to jump of the visible light scale. I also learned to bring sets of different colored filters to accommodate the over powering temps of the street lights. Once I drop the yellow out of the snow, the picture has a feeling that leaves the viewer trapped in the photograph.

I learned quite a bit from the shoot. It has given me insight on how I conduct my night shooting. The big thing is to understand or anticipate in your head what your end result will look like, remember settings out loud, and expect that the photograph will come out different than expected. Then when you do, make sure that you identify what you thought was going to come out of the settings and also identify the changes within the pictures that came out of the same settings.

This is mainly directed at film when you are shooting blind, but I also believe that it can pertain to digital as well. If you are on a time constraint or just don’t feel like analyzing every shot, you can view your photographs right when you get to a computer.

Look at your photographs, analyze them, and then identify what you may be able to do to change your settings in the future. The more you understand your shooting style, techniques, and the ability to control it, the sooner you will be shooting for fun rather than spending most of the time with the technical aspects of your camera.

Starting off with some Stillwater Minnesota Pictures....

" The coldest hour of nightfall " Series Print #1 - sk2004

____________

" The coldest hour of nightfall " Series Print #5 - sk2004

_____________

" The coldest hour of nightfall " Series Print # 8 - sk 2004

_________________

" The Snowman" Series Print # 2 - sk2004

_______________

"The Door" - sk2004

______________

Ok....let's get out of Stillwater, Minnesota....move on to some other photographs!

_______________

Lightning Strikes - sk2003

_____________

"Pumpkin Grin" - sk2002

________________

"Burning Passion" Series Alt - sk2005

__________________

"Burning Passion" Series Alt #2 - sk2005

__________________________

"Woods of Twilight" - sk2002

_______________

"The Hen" - sk2001
Shawn Kringstadhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16913617172339454678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17727230.post-1133461168352367342005-12-01T10:14:00.000-06:002005-12-01T12:19:29.813-06:00PhotoShop: A great tool, yet a potential danger.Another useful tool in photography has been the development of PhotoShop within the last ten years or so. When I started using PhotoShop back in 1996, the amount of control you actually had with a photograph was very minimal. PhotoShop 2.0 was the version that was floating around in schools and colleges through out the United States with a curious eye on the development and rumors of PhotoShop 3.0. Ever since 1996, I have used PhotoShop whether it was at work or even just at home trying to scan in my photographs to manipulate the levels to a usable image.

I admit that I am most likely a better PhotoShop user than I am a photographer. I understand the concepts of a camera, exposure, and lighting; however, sometimes different films, film speeds, and lighting situations can very the outcome of the intended photograph. If you use PhotoShop correctly and are able to add, subtract, or manipulate pixels to a more positive outcome than the actual photograph. I feel that sometimes film or even digital pixels do not do a photograph justice due to lighting or the way your camera may have been set. With PhotoShop, you are able to strengthen your colors, adjust the white and black balances that your camera may not control.

I like to use PhotoShop as a post photographic tool. This means that once I get my prints or negatives, I can go through and give a final feeling that my original may lack. I have been asked if I think this is an ethical problem. I believe that a feeling can be manipulated through a camera so it should be ok to change the feeling of the scanned image. The only aspects I change in PhotoShop are white/black levels, color saturation/color correction, dust/scratch scanned dust from the originals, and every so often use the sharpen tool. Because I only touch the items that can be corrected in a photo lab, I feel that personal ethics I have never get tampered with.

Some of these ethical issues that should not be tampered with are adding content to an image, purposely selecting the background and distorting the blur amount (this can easily be done in the camera,) anything that dramatically changes the environment (such as taking out or adding trees to a picture,) or even something as simple as using a filter on a photograph. Once you have done something to change the original concept of the photograph, I now classify this as a computer graphic. Don’t get me wrong, that’s some of what PhotoShop is all about and even I have created plenty of computer graphics. These ethics I am talking about is a measure that many photographers use to keep their photography close to the way they shot it and to keep themselves as honest to their viewers as possible.

PhotoShop is used in a variety of ways: photography, graphic design, advertising, video production, animation, and many other fields that has visual needs. Once we start combining the use of PhotoShop for two or more of these industries we start to find a convergence of media that throws everything in a grey area. Digital photography and photography are considered a medium within the fields that are visual heavy and allow much convergence between manipulation and organization. I personally like to keep photography as its own entity especially when I complete a print to be showcased.

To me, the grey area can be described as computer design because whatever is in that region can be used for anything and everything. At that point, the purpose of the image is stripped away to be used for what ever the intended user wants.

Since the development of computer graphics I believe that photography has branched itself in a variety of directions. The farther we move away from the original concept and introduce new ways of changing a photograph, the less honest we can potentially become to our intended audience. The problem becomes dangerous when the viewer or the audience is not aware of the intended manipulation. Because PhotoShop is so capable of this type of manipulation and the fact that the user is becoming more efficient at it but turns it into a common occurrence. As viewers, it makes it harder for us to determine what fact verses fiction is.

MORE WORK.....

The first four images you see are computer enhanced in PhotoShop. I am sorry if some of my photographs don't have any names. I have so many unnamed photographs that I am always looking for new ideas for names. Anyways, I will try to go back and name some as I go along. I do plan on sometimes just posting photographs with out writing in the journal.

Eye of Loneliness - sk2003

Pumpkin Grin - sk2001

-

Shawn Kringstadhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16913617172339454678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17727230.post-1132075736108928582005-11-15T11:27:00.000-06:002005-12-12T18:08:59.870-06:00The Photographer's most powerful tool! This next portion is dedicated to my favorite part of photography. With out it, nothing would be able to exist except maybe a few cockroaches. I am talking about light and lighting. A photographer has a power means of expression with this constant source of energy. Whether you are using the sun, natural light, a flash, studio lighting, environmental lighting (ambient accent lighting from a near by source,) or even a flashlight; lighting and photography can change the way you view life as we see it everyday.

The photographer should always be aware of any light source they use, the fact of the matter is light can make or break your conceived view of whatever subject is being photographed. Whether it is intentional lighting that may cause shadows to the illumination of a florescent light or the sun peaking across your subject from a distance.

I recently discovered a new way to look at a night photography using streetlights or any other source of light that allows me to hold my shutter open and record a great balance of light with the subject. Now that doesn’t seem very new, but when you take Mother Nature for example and all the wind to move the object rather than the source of light, the results are beautiful. Again, if this isn’t new to you, it’s still new to me and helps mold the way I use light with my subjects. There are a couple of photographs that I will post that will show a few examples of this technique that I used and the results that I received.

Lighting is an extremely powerful way of setting the tone and the mood for any type of photograph. If you know how to control lighting into the camera, there are plenty of different ways that your photograph can really affect people and their perspective of everyday objects that surround them. We see lighting in plenty of forms every day. Different temperatures of light that can radically change the tone of the environment, moods of your subject, and the all around feeling of that captured moment. Photographs can truly be deeper than everyday because of the ability of the audience to go back and read into the moment, the moment that the shutter opened, closed, and recorded the image.

Temperature of the lighting is extremely important to the photographer and the viewer. Again, it can indicate a feeling of coldness in the air, the warmth of a beach, a tense feeling in a board room, a relaxed feeling while lying in bed, or even can leave an emotionless feeling if you take the temperature away.

I look forward in learning more about lighting and the affects it has on all of us. To truly wield the power of lighting is to know your camera settings, your lenses, the source of lighting around you, and the environment of your subject. Once you have mastered this, you now have the ability to control the extremely important mood to what others would just deem….. a photograph.

Windy Night- sk2005

Burning Passion of Fall (series print #1)-sk2005

Burning Passion of Fall (series print #2) -sk2005

The County Fair (series print #1) -sk2005

The County Fair (series print #4) -sk2005

Riding the light (series print #23) - sk2005

"Charolette" - sk2004

Shawn Kringstadhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16913617172339454678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17727230.post-1131475757131871862005-11-08T12:47:00.000-06:002005-11-08T13:29:49.576-06:00Amateur and ProfessionalsI found this inspiring quote on: http://www.rleggat.com/photohistory

Article appearing in "Amateur Photographer", 27 March 1885:

"The amateur is, presumably, a man of more cultivated education and greater leisure than the professional photographer, and may reasonably be expected to have a keener sense of the aesthetic principles, and a more educated knowledge of the history and science of art than his professional brother - better skilled though the latter may be in the technique of his art."

I believe the same is true of the amateur today as it was when photography was in its infancy stage. I believe the amateur is very dedicated to the knowledge of the skill than any professional out there. Once a professional gets used to the idea of photography certain laziness takes hold of the art. I know a gentleman who has been in the studio photography business for all of his life. He knows his lighting inside and out. He can tell you that the lighting conditions (with studio lights) with out consulting his light meter, and have an amazing accuracy.

As an amateur myself, I am always experiencing new lighting methods and control of the camera settings to get new results and different natural moods. I am a neophyte in the history of photography, I believe that everyone who has contributed to photography since its conception has something to say and has a major contribution to the art with success and mistakes that have been made throughout the beginning. Let’s face it, as a species we tend to rely on our own experience and the experiences of others to understand where we are today.

I believe the amateur needs to work slightly harder to understand the concepts, where most professionals are handed the knowledge as an apprentice and use the time they have to craft and wield their niche as a photographer. The only thing that bothers me about the professional as a whole is that not all professionals are created equal, and some find it necessary to gouge the clientele that they work for. I remember my wife and I had aquatints who shot our wedding pictures, when it came time to come over and finish the deal we where shown this big beautiful album. Then we were told that the first half of the book was what we had paid for and the other half would cost quite a bit more.

I personally have shot my own fair share of weddings, to the point that I get antsy when I have to sit through an entire ceremony. I personally dislike the portrait aspect of wedding photography. I do however still enjoy shooting a wedding in a photojournalistic style of documentation. I have so much fun as an amateur photographer shooting the pure emotion of everyone at the wedding. The most memorial part of a wedding is the people who are there to witness the event. Although a majority of the photographs are the bride and groom, it is important to photograph the people attending. It is my job to document the things that they miss during the wedding such as family, friends, and the wedding party doing what is natural to them… having fun. I will admit that I am intrusive by shooting an absurd amount of photographs, but when the bride and groom finally get to view the photographs, the image of the obnoxious photographer is replaced with a front row seat of the day.

In light of this separation of photographers, I would like to throw in another term that creates a new class of photographers that separate the idea of an amateur that is starting out and the professional that sells their hard work for profit and living income. I believe the Master Amateur Photographer should be coined for the amateur that has extensive knowledge in the department of photography and is continuing learning from past experiences, new ideas, and new techniques to contribute to photography influencing future generations of photographers long after their time passes.

Shawn Kringstad; Photograph Showcase Nov. 8th

"Freedom in the air" - sk2004

"Overflow" - sk2002

"The Ice Storm" - sk2003

"Blue Sass" - sk2003

"Dilemma of Cultures" - sk2001

Shawn Kringstadhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16913617172339454678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17727230.post-1130428902926794642005-10-27T10:51:00.000-05:002005-10-27T12:54:02.576-05:00Film and Digital; Embrace them both....Although in the last blog I blasted digital media over film, I wish to clarify more meaning of the two. Digital media is a very important part of the photography aspect and is the direction photography needs to go. What I wanted to get out in the last blog is how important this medium is for a learning tool, that learning tool is not being utilized to its fullest degree.

I was taught in the basis of how film works and how film can be manipulated by light and control of the camera. This is a very important concept that new students are being deprived by dropping the costs of dark room equipment, film costs, and time. There is also the aspect that is missing transferring film into a digital format, the ability to convert the old in to the new. PhotoShop has been one of the best digital manipulators whether you use film or digital imaging as the main source of capturing your image.

As I import a strip of film in to the computer and compare it to a digital image I can still see a major difference. I believe it is going to take about ten years before we are able to get film like quality in a digital image, at least one that is generally affordable to the average consumer. I would say that as soon as film hits the 60 mega pixels, we will see a new generation of photograph and photographer.

Digital imaging is a great new medium that does teach a great deal about photography. For about ten years as an amateur photographer, I shot film and had to wait anywhere from an hour to maybe three weeks (depending how lazy I was getting my film developed) to get any kind of feed back. Even in a darkroom setting, it took me at least an hour to get the results of developing my film.

With digital, I was able to get immediate feedback from my manual settings and I was able to correct and understand my lighting conditions with more confidence. Every photo I post has either been shot with film and converted to 0s and 1s or has been shot with a digital camera. The other thing that will be missed if digital buries film is the “old school” manual cameras. Some of the best images I have taken have been with these work horses of the past.

These work horses serve as a symbol to the dying breed of amateur photographers that still have a great love for film. (The difference between an amateur photographer and a professional photographer is that one shoots for love, the other shoots for money.) The amateur photographer is being transformed into a society of hobby photographers. Photographers who want to take as many pictures as they can to impress with the quality of their photographs which are in the most part due to very impressive digital technology. No longer will they understand the true control of a photograph, it will turn in to composition, subject matter, and trial and error to get what is intended on capturing.

The new world of hobby photographers is now going to be bombarded by the average consumer who will now photograph their entire family, friends, and places around. This will create a new generation of document photographers that will be forever imprinted on hard drives, CD-ROMs, and DVD-ROMs that may never see past the technology that holds them together. Let’s face it, now that we are able to take hundreds if not thousands of photographs, when are we going to have time to go back and organize everything.

I am not afraid of the future of photography, I am afraid that the past will be washed away by a sweeping changes in attitudes because of our need for fast results and the need for more information. Our memories will change from solid paper in hand to data that is in the concept of a machine that has no concept of what it holds.

- Shawn Kringstad

Bombs Bursting Mid-Air -sk2004

"Velvet Core" -sk2003

"Shaded Fountain" - sk2002

"Standing Tall" - sk2001

"the portrait" - sk2000
Shawn Kringstadhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16913617172339454678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17727230.post-1130049598153735172005-10-23T01:05:00.000-05:002005-10-27T09:56:27.746-05:00Losing the foundation of photographyWith the coming of new technology comes the loss of the foundations of photography. When I watch new photojournalism students, I have started to see a new generation of uneducated photographers. These new photographers are ignorant when it comes to film (the basic foundation of photography.) Film and film development is one of the most important aspects of photography(or the history of.)

It's not the person who has jumped into digital imaging, it is the fact that technology can easily kill old techniques for ease of use. The digital camera is a great learning tool because you are able to see your picture right after you adjust your manual settings. This ability gives a person feedback immediately to understand what settings work together. Again it is a wonderful tool that would normally take an individual that uses film months or years to figure out.

With that said, there is still this wonderful feeling of seeing your film in action. The process is long from start to finish after hard work of shooting, developing, and printing. Even though it is long there is something that is lost from the film to digital conversion. Say the printing process, just like a camera you need to adjust the aperture of your enlarger and like the shutter speed of the camera you are able to control the amount of light that goes on the paper.

These basic fundamentals are transferred to the digital age as they did for the prior century that harbored the birth of photography. Digital still requires the ability of aperture and shutter to create a single photograph (unless you only use program, then there is very little knowledge about photography.)

Anyone can pick up a digital camera and get a good image, but the ability to create an image through a vigorous process seems to give the ability to master light and the surroundings you wish to control.
- Shawn Kringstad

Shawn Kringstadhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16913617172339454678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17727230.post-1129648328756350452005-10-18T09:38:00.000-05:002005-10-27T09:57:07.843-05:00THE POWER OF PHOTOGRAPHY!Photography is my output when nothing else in this world seems to be. Now with the addition of writing as my new form of release, I feel I have so much more to offer. Whether I feel alone or crowded, smart or stupid, anxious or calm, or fearful or courageous I know that I have something I can hide myself in. I can express myself in colorful ways that show my mood or use my photography as a way to persuade the mood of others.

By raising the hue I can tell a story of prosperity or give an unrealistic impression that life is a little better than it actually is. I can also lower the hue of my photographs to show a sense of loss or a sense of an aged time that begs the question of what it must have been like then. I have been know to get rid of the colors I cherish to either give an effect of emptiness that one holds somewhere below his mind and behind his soul.

Photography is much more than a standard picture… it is a story that gives you a glimpse of a time or a place. It shows the feeling or mood of that particular time with details that will shove the viewer in that instant state of mind. The power of an image can take the viewer anywhere the destination of the mind can take us. With photography we carve our personalities into the minds of future generations that will someday learn from our examples.

Next time someone shoots your photograph, take some time to think how it may be presented, and what people “the day after tomorrow” will think about you and your surroundings.

- Shawn Kringstad

Untitled under the bridge - sk2000

Frozen to the Bark - sk2003

Exhilaration - sk1998

Oh Deer - sk2004
Shawn Kringstadhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16913617172339454678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17727230.post-1129218829239314752005-10-13T10:53:00.000-05:002006-06-20T20:55:04.576-05:00Photography; The interactive art!

I had someone tell me one time that Photography was not an art. There are just too many people that take pictures and that just shows that it is a hobby. I replied like this: Photography is an art, the only way it is a hobby is if you let the photographs sit and rot in a drawer for the rest of your life. Then the photographs either gets passed down through the generations of your family, they get destroyed, or end up at an estate sale where someone buys them and then tries to sell them one hundred years from now as an antique.

But if you actually do something with your photographs such as scrap booking, detailed album creation, or frame your work to show you are using photography as an interaction. Once you leave this world, you will be able to tell a story about who you where, who the people around you, and what your world was like while you where around. Photography is the art of capturing the world around you at an exact moment and an exact location. Getting involved with your photographs can be a powerful form of therapy that will allow you to remember your life as you grow old.

- Shawn Kringstad

Autumn Shadows - sk2001

Staring Contest - sk2002

Bliss of an Autumn Afternoon - sk2000

Shawn Kringstadhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16913617172339454678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17727230.post-1129046090341529942005-10-11T10:30:00.000-05:002005-10-27T09:58:01.120-05:00Photographs to love or hate: not to ignore.....
I recently had a thought about how my photographs affect me, and how I hope to someday have an audience that really enjoys the photographs I take.
