Questo è "KENKYO"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Noi quando parliamo non diciamo mai di essere piu` bravi degli altri(anche se lo pensiamo) per rispetto.. questo è KENSON&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cosi ho pensato a quando un italiano "colto"(era un giovane avvocato) mi ha detto "conosco bene i giapponesi ....perchè ci lavoro assieme "&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;VERAMENTE LI CONOSCI BENE?...HO style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Imparare la lingua giapponese e` difficile o facile?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Io parlo sempre con mio figlio in giapponese ma mi risponde in italiano.&lt;br /&gt;Sembra che sia piu` facile pronunciare in italiano che in giapponese.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Per esempio non vuole piu`mangiare,non vuole fare qualcosa,usa in italiano&lt;br /&gt;"BASTA!"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ma in giapponese&lt;br /&gt;「もういらない/MOU IRANAI, おしまい/OSHIMAI」&lt;br /&gt;e cosi è un po' complicato.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br Piemonte.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E’ un vino fresco , gradevolmente dolce con fragranti note aromatiche.Le sue persistenti bollicine, il colore giallo paglierino con i riflessi dorati ,lo accostano perfettamente ai dolci di ogni regione.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Il vitigno dal quale viene ricavato è il MOSCATO BIANCO, e ottenuto con il metodo della&lt;br /&gt;fermen tazione naturale in ammirare tutta la bellezza di &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Minato Mirai21&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; (letteralmente Porto del futuro).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Soltanto dieci anni fa,la &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Landmark Tower&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;,lussuoso albergo di sessantanove piani raggiungibili in soli &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;quaranta secondi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;(l'ascensore piu'veloce al mondo!), ricco di negozi tra i piu' belli della citta', che si scaglia su nel cielo con i suoi &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;273 metri&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; di altezza,non　esisteva ancora.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cosi come lo &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Yokohama Grand Intercontinental Hotel&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;,con la sua caratteristica forma a vela.Yokohama e' una citta' elegante e moderna al tempo stesso,ed io me　ne sono subito innamorato.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E　Minato Mirai21e' il suo fiore all'occhiello,ed　io,quando con un po' di nostalgia penso al mio viaggio giapponesi lo sanno presentare agli occhi dello stomaco!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Il piacere per l`estetica e la perfezione della forma non fanno certo difetto a questo popolo..tra le altre cose,&lt;br riferisce ad un luogo in &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Tokio-Ginza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; nel quale sono riprodotte le impronte dei palmi delle mani degli attori piu` amati e famosi dellacinematografia giapponese.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quella che vedete e` l`impronta della mano autografata di&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Mifune Toshiro&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;;&lt;br /&gt;indimenticato interpretedi molti film che raccontano il periodo storico del Giappone legato alla figura dei Samurai e degli Shogun.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br Friuli ad ottenere la D.O.C.G.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Colore giallo dorato,profumo fruttato di grande corpo,in bocca è persistente e armonico che&lt;br /&gt;ricorda la viola,la vaniglia e i fiori di acacia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Il vitigno è il verduzzo giallo ma il suo nome si identifica con il toponimo,Ramandolo,appunto.&lt;br /&gt;Il grappolo è di piccole dimensioni e gli acini sono di colore giallo verde.La buccia è spessa e&lt;br /&gt;resistente,e questo aiuta la sopramaturazione.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si vendemmia tra la fine di ottobre e la metà di novembre.La sua lunga macerazione avviene&lt;br /&gt;a contatto con le bucce,e la fermentazione in barriques di rovere o acacia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Volume alcolometrico 13.5%,temperatura di servizio consigliata 10-12 ° /&gt;Pregiato e raro,il Picolit nasce dall’omonimo vitigno sui colli orientali del Friuli.Il suo nome sembra derivi dalla piccolezza della quantità degli acini e dei grappoli che produce la sua vite.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La vendemmia è manuale e avviene dopo la seconda metà di ottobre,l’appassimento delle&lt;br /&gt;uve sui graticci,la fermentazione in barriques.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Il suo colore è giallo paglierino che col tempo diviene più dorato.Il suo profumo intenso con sentore di fiori di acacia,miele,mandorla e pesca matura.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Al gusto è morbido e persistente.&lt;br /&gt;Si serve alla temperatura di 12 gradi e dà il meglio di sé come vino da meditazione, ma&lt;br /&gt;accostato ad ostriche,tartufi di mare,o fois gras,potrebbe piacevolmente sorprendervi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Il Picolit è anche conosciuto come il vino dei re.Infatti è stato servito e degustato presso le corti&lt;br /&gt;più importanti d’Europa,da quella Asburgica a ragazzino,come molti miei coetanei, ad apprezzarne&lt;br /&gt;il sapore e la sua capacità di tenere insieme le persone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E’ una passione che è nata tanto tempo fa,e alla quale sono rimasto fedele come un buon marito&lt;br /&gt;nei confronti di una moglie devota.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Così,ora che sono arrivato in quella età che viene comunemente&lt;br /&gt;chiamata “della maturità”,ho pensato che sarebbe stato bello dare una concretezza a tutto il&lt;br /&gt;tempo passato in compagnia di questo meraviglioso frutto del lavoro dell’uomo, che è il vino.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br
