A damn fine dish. Although it takes a little organisation with the marinade, it is easy to cook and a real crowd pleaser. Highly Recommended.

Garfer - I'm in emphatic agreement. I'm lucky enough to have access to a decent butcher - if you can't find steaks with a little fat marbling them, feel free to make this using pork chops instead.

The problem with pork steaks is finding some that don't have the texture of cardboard.

My Grandfather kept home reared pigs and the pork was out of this world. Lean supermarket loin chops are virtually inedible.
