Hello, nice :-) Here in Berlin, I buy head-on, raw prawns in various sizes, frozen, from Asian shops. Quite cheap, about 10 - 15 euros per kilo depending on size.
Of course, most such cheap fish and shellfish are the product of economics one can scarcely support…

Oh boy, This recipe rocks!!!!
I consider myself a good cook, but this goes down as one of the best dishes ever!!
I would say the finished product was as good if not better than the best Takeaway meal I've ever had.
I did mine in a wok rather than on the grill.

Have you tried the fish van which comes to the Farmers Markets in Impington and Great Shelford? That's where we get all our fish from and they are great. Happy to tell you where and when the stuff was caught.
