I also run the <A HREF="http://www.rfpdb.com" REL="nofollow" TITLE="RFP Database">RFP Database</A> which I created so that sales people wouldn't have to hunt to find RFPs, but instead they'd be able to effectively trade them like baseball cards in order to get ahold of RFPs that they felt they were better situated to win.
