Rosetta M. Dara, Kowabunga HR Manager, was arrested in 2004 for trying to suffocate her infant daughter. Later in 2006, she plead guilty to attempted murder and then was hired by Kowabunga allegedly by our own Swinging Stanley P. Antonuk! What high moral standards our company has.

Other family members tugged her away from the child, who was unhurt. Deputies said Dara has mental health problems and earlier that day had been released from a hospital where she was receiving mental health treatment. Dara was being held at the Pinellas County Jail on Monday without bail."

While at Acxiom, Mr. Howe had been responsible for building the company’s Asia Pacific business, consulting business, targeted display advertising business and for managing the information products and analytics business. Just a few months ago when THK's stock was trading at $0.61 (over 300% higher then it is today) Stan Antotnuk was partying it up at SwingFest with wife Monique Antonuk at the SwapperNet "Get Wet Pool Party" and the "Kowabunga Limo Sex Party" at Kowabunga's (Think Partnership AMEX:KOW) expense.

More Sexual Harassment at THK

Stephanie Van Riper was well liked by most at THK. She is a fun, lively, smart, caring, ambitious and attractive young woman with a lot of promise. She was first hired by Jody Brown as his personal assistant and was later fired by Vaughn Duff for uknown reasons. A few months later, she was mysteriously hired back and kept her job for a while. She has always been hard working and did a good job. Her attractive physical appearance put her in an awkward position of being demanded by management to attend swinger parties to "represent SwapperNet" with them.

As recent as a couple of weeks ago, Stafanie began to have occasional private meetings with both Chief Executive Officer Stan Antonuk and Chief Finance Officer Jody Brown in their offices. This week she was fired for unknown reasons and virtually escorted out the door.

It is generally known at THK that Stephanie was harassed by Kowabunga's Chief Finance Officer Jody Brown and was fired because she began to refuse his demands for sexual favors after she started dating a steady boyfriend.

The employees at Kowabunga are sick and tired of this type of inappropriate and tyrant behavior by Kowabunga management. Many of us are looking for new jobs and the good people are quitting as quickly as we can. Despite this, we feel quite violated because many of us have left jobs to come here and some even moved our families around and uprooted our lives to come here and be treated unfairly and illegally.

It would be wise for Kowabunga management to stop monitoring our communications (email, celluar, and phonr), stop sexually harassing us (especially the demands for sex by senior management), stop censoring our communication, and stop trying to file lawsuits against their employees and shareholders.

We hope that Stefanie files a complaint with the EEOC. Stefanie, if you're reading this, I've copied the address and phone number of the place you need to contact below. I personally hope you file a complaint against Kowabunga and the executives personally and get every penny you deserve out of it.

I also hope that all of the employees of Kowabunga who have been sexually harassed by Kowabunga's management team should file a complaint before they are fired and collect the damages they are due.

Swinging Stan Gets Dragged Into Court

Stan Antonuk, Interim CEO of Kowabunga (AMEX:KOW), has been named in a lawsuit for retaliation against equal pay act, violations of the Federal Computer Crime and Abuse Acts, trespassing, defamation, tortuous interference, replevin, and wrongful termination according to a 55 page lawsuit filed by former Chief Technology Officer John Linden last week.

After carefully reading through the complaint filed in federal court last week (it can be found on PACER but I was unable to post a link to it) it appears that Stan Antonuk settled a complaint brought on by John Linden’s wife for pay discrepancy, withholding “bonuses”, and other allegations. One can assume that whatever Melissa Linden was complaining about was pretty serious because a few weeks later, Stan Antonuk issued to John Linden 300,000 shares of THK stock and 500,000 options or almost an additional 1.3% ownership of Kowabunga. Then, to make things even more confusing, John Linden was fired weeks later by Stan Antonuk and then, the lawsuit alleges, Antonuk attempted to take back the stock previously granted to Linden. Then, John Linden filed this bombshell of a lawsuit against Kowabunga and Stan Antonuk personally.

This complaint comes at the same time Stan Antonuk, and his wife Monique Antonuk, are facing neighbors and religious organizations over Antonuk’s pornographic business, ties to the nudist and swinger communities, and allegations of running a prostitution ring.

I was led to assume a few things after reading the 55 page lawsuit filed in federal court last week. First, there is a lot more to the Linden termination than meets the eye. Second, Swinging Stan clearly needs to learn how to control himself. Finally, this lawsuit is not going to go away cheaply and my guess is that Linden’s demand for a jury trial is indicative that he wants all Antonuk’s dirt out in the open.

The complaint demands a trial by jury.

John Linden Fired?

This morning the THK Message Boards on Yahoo Finance where steaming with activity over CTO John Linden rumored resignation from THK. A post was posted on the Yahoo Message Boards indicating that Mr. John Linden who has served as Chief Technology Officer of THK for years, had updated his LinkedIn profile to indicate that he is no longer with THK. Then, after multiple users noted that Linden's photo and biography was taken off the company's website, the THK/Kowabunga website was mysteriously taken down for the entire afternoon. A quick call into some current employees indicates that last week a companywide email was sent out announcing John Linden's resignation from the company. Another communication with a reliable and trusted employee who wished to remain anonymous indicates that the "internal announcement" was made sometime last week but that all employees were ordered to keep it strictly confidential. Finally, a call into Ina McGuiness of Kowabunga's PR Firm gave no indication that these rumors were unfounded.

Many questions come to mind including what will happen to ValidClick, who will take John Linden's spot, what events led up to his termination, was this on his terms or THK's, and why hasn't this been disclosed to shareholders immediately after it was announced to all employees? All this just weeks after John Linden was given hundreds of thousands of shares in THK stock.

Many people, including this author, speculate that John Linden's departure would result in a major devaluation of the company. We find it very odd that John's departure comes weeks after his stock grants and the only explaination for this that comes to mind is John Linden's public and persistent opposition to Stan Antonuk's lifestyle choices and direction he is taking the company with his porn and swing party strategy. Tonya Boggs Speaks Out About Swinging on Evening News?

THK Spokeswoman Tanya Boggs seems to have been interviewed at a huge Swinger Party at the Caliente Nudist Resort in Land O’ Lakes Florida for the Tampa Bay evening news that aired last night. It seems like some nudist don't like Stan's approach and cross marketing vision. It raises an the interesting legal question of determining whether paying to attend sex parties is different than going to a brothel and what does this make Kowabunga? Seemingly, to the Antonuks and Kowabunga; the more the merrier and nudist were ripe pickings!
Now, Antonuk is finding himself answering several questions that he has not formerly been confronted with. For example, what is the difference between the “for-profit” swinger parties and illegal brothels, escorts, and prostitution rings and is this proper business for a publicly traded company to be engaged in? How would the Antonuk’s neighbors in Lansbrook feel if they knew of the swinger parties that Antonuks promotes?

In fact, these are tough questions. Religious organizations like the Countryside Christian Center (8) are demanding answers. One thing is certain, Antonuk must have been following the recent trial of fellow pornographer MaxHardcore (Paul Little) very closely. Unfortunately for Paul Little, and Antonuk, a federal jury convicted the 51 year-old Little of 10 counts of selling obscene material on the Internet with each count carrying a maximum of 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine (9).
I hope the Antonuks have now learned….they can’t screw nudists like they can screw other swingers!

Kowabunga Catches Attention of Local Religous Activists

Kowabunga CEO Stan Antonuk seems to have caught the attention of the "Countryside Christian Center Anti-Indecency Mission", a religous organization which describes themselves as "A mission of adult women fighting to stop the sexual exploitation of young females in the Tampa Bay area for business and profit." The organization seems to be particularly concerned about Kowabunga’s porn business.

According to the organization’s website:

“Stan Antonuk, a man living and working among our children, is Chief Executive Officer of Kowabunga Inc (“Kowabunga” AMEX:THK), located in Clearwater FL. Kowabunga owns and operates several pornographic websites which publish deviant, vile, and pornographic photos, videos and “Live Cam” shows to the public 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, worldwide. One of Antonuk’s websites, SwapperNet.com, is a site that enables couples to “Swap Wives” and promotes in-home “wife-swapping” parties with males and females from a wide range of ages and backgrounds.

Although Kowabunga’s public statements insist Antonuk’s business is legal, there are many that feel that promoting these morals may be dangerous and disturbing to families and children. Antonuk's business has gained particular local attention recently since members of the Caliente nudist resort complained about Antonuk promoting the "swinging lifestyle" at the nudist resort. We at CCC-AIM find it particularly disturbing when even nudists protest such a deviant and immoral sex practice, it is promoted in homes around Tampa Bay's neighborhoods, and it is run by a company traded on the stock exchange.”

Antonuk, who inherited these businesses which were purchased by Gerry Jacobs and Scott Mitchell, seems to be included in a virtual “Who’s Who List” of sexual predators, child pornographers, and pedophiles. According to the CCC-AIM, they posted Antonuk on their website only days prior to Kowabunga announcing that they were interested in divesting non-core assets.

Is this Stan Antonuk planning the next big move in his ever expanding plans to broaden THK's porn division?

I know for certain that SM and his wife broght this slime into the company. But it seems as though the company has recently spend a huge amount of money rebuilding their sick little porn empire only weeks after Antonuk assured us that they were going to be focusing on non-core businesses! He's not only a liar now, he a pornographer!

My guess is that the suprise flood out of THK's stock at the bell on Friday may have had a lot to do with the relaunch of their sleezy porn empire that many investors simply cannot tolerate due to moral reasons. Once it was learned that their was substantial investment put back into pormography, despite what Antonuk lied to us about on their quarterly conference call, I suspect a lot of investors threw their arms up and sold out. Some 450,000 shares were sold in the last 15 minutes of trading moments after their Swappernet.com (where people send their wife off to have sex for other men) and Eroticy.com (where unspeakable things are discussed and done).

Eric Kissel, former Director of Online Education for Kowabunga!'s Real Estate School Online (RESO), has been promoted to Vice President of Operations for iLead Media, reporting directly to CEO Stan Antonuk. In his new role, he will be responsible for all aspects of the iLead Media and RESO business units. Mr. Kissel joined Kowabunga! in March of 2007, and in a few short months significantly increased search visibility and web site usability through a complete redesign of RealEstateSchoolOnline.com. Additionally, he increased course offerings and expanded a Florida-only real estate education business to twenty-eight states today. Prior to joining Kowabunga!, Mr. Kissel was Senior Product Manager at InterActive Corporation where he oversaw key eCommerce initiatives at HSN.com and managed client relationships with several of HSN.com's strategic partners. Prior to his three years at HSN.com, Mr. Kissel spent six years with Accenture, one of the world's largest business consulting and technology firms, where he implemented large-scale systems integration projects. He graduated first in his class, summa cum laude, with a BBA in Finance from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida in 1998.

Mr. Chrysler was instrumental in the development and growth of Kowabunga!'s original ValidClick™ search network, and has been equally impressive in his ability to lead efforts for advertiser and publisher sales into Kowabunga!'s ValidClick AdExchange™. In his new role, he will oversee a team of business development managers who are focused primarily on growing the company's PPC efforts and ValidClick AdExchange. Mr. Chrysler joined Kowabunga! in April 2005, as part of the Litmus Media acquisition. Mr. Chrysler co-founded The Difference Engine, an interactive ad agency focused on developing performance-based campaigns to run online, on radio and on television. He has degrees in Chemistry and English from the University of Kansas.
Ryan Riggin, former Director of Product Management, has been promoted to Vice President of Client Development reporting to Steve Lerch. Mr. Riggin has been a key player at Kowabunga!, identifying and exhibiting leadership in many areas that have helped foster company growth, including product management and strategic account management. In addition to contributing to the product strategy for ValidClick AdExchange, he recently led the product management team in the design of Kowabunga!'s new MyAP v10 application and KB Network interface, which is scheduled for release later this year. Mr. Riggin joined Kowabunga! in June 2006, as part of the Litmus Media acquisition, where he held the position Director of Advertising. CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kowabunga!® (AMEX:THK - News), the leading provider of interactive performance-based advertising networks and technology platforms, today announced that it has successfully expanded its data center capacity and completed several major upgrades to the ad serving capabilities of its ValidClick AdExchange™ platform.
The enhanced data center facility, which is located in Kansas City, Missouri, is expected to improve application speed through new hardware upgrades, application level upgrades and more efficient bandwidth allocation. The facility also allows for an additional 1,500 servers to be added as needed.
"We continue to experience increased publisher demand for our ValidClick AdExchange XML feed and it was important that we plan for anticipated growth,” explained Stephen Lerch, Chief Revenue Officer for Kowabunga! “We are seeing more and more partner opportunities every day, and it is imperative that we be ready to take advantage of those opportunities as they arise."

Kowabunga! Completes $20 Million Credit Facility with Wachovia BankThursday February 28, 2008 5:08 pm ET
CLEARWATER, Fla. — February 28, 2008 — Think Partnership Inc. d.b.a. Kowabunga!® (AMEX: THK), the leading provider of interactive performance-based advertising networks and technology platforms, today announced that it has completed a $20 million credit facility with Wachovia Bank, N.A. The credit facility consists of a $15 million revolving loan facility and a $5 million term loan. The company will use the $5 million term loan to retire existing debt with Wachovia.
Interest on the revolving loan accrues at a rate between LIBOR Market Index Rate plus 1.50% to LIBOR Market Index Rate plus 2.50% as such rate may change from day to day. The interest on the term note is fixed at 5.9% through an interest rate swap agreement with Wachovia. The revolving loan and term note both mature on February 15, 2011. The description of the terms of the credit facilities is qualified by reference to the loan agreements filed as exhibits to the current report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on February 28, 2008.
