Would you nurture my soul if I said please? Would you embrace my spirit if you saw my pain? Would you tell me you loved me if you knew how powerful words can be?

The landscape of human feeling is awash with sadness and depression. For we are a planet in peril and healing becomes more difficult every day. I struggle every day not only with my own past and emotional problems but with the abuse of our very spirit that is taking place. I have seen far too many women suffer at the hands of men totally ignorant of the beauty and significance of the feminine spirit. Women have a light within their soul that is sacred and I for one have grown weary of seeing that light diminished. Let us create a world of abundance , kindness and beauty by respecting the ethereal spirit of our sisters , the magnificence of our mothers and the heavenly essence that is inside each and every woman ever to set foot on Sacred Mother Earth.

My spirit weeps every day for those who suffer , for those who are victims of hatred. I can no longer watch the news without losing sleep for the inhumanity prevalent in todays society is horrific. It is our duty as planetary citizens to create a more peaceful and tranquil world that all may roam in freedom and love. Let us put away our guns and instead of facilitating war promote peace and harmony. Respect for the planet is crucial at this stage of our evolution. The future is now , it is in every breath , therefore we must breathe in inspiration , for to survive we must inspire the next generation to heal the wounds we have opened. Let us have an alchemy of thought and emotion that brings us all to the realization that there are many paths to heaven , none of which involve the blood of the innocent. Peace is not a concept , its a birthright!

Embrace the gifts within your soul for we all have the ability to make a difference in the world. If you have suffered at the hands of another , if you have been beaten , battered and broken , then you more than anybody should aspire to facilitate change that no other person shall suffer the same abuse as you. We must use our minds in the highest way and journey deep into spiritual realms. Hatred is unacceptable , Prejudice is unacceptable , Racism is unacceptable , Homophobia is unacceptable , to accept these truths and say nothing is unacceptable. My soul is bleeding and I am weak from all the blood I have lost. Let me not fight this battle alone. Stand hand in hand with me and together we can promote a culture of peace and nurture an atmosphere of wellbeing.
Let us embrace the song of life that together we may all dance our sacred dream.

My dream is that the inspirational beauty of nature will once again be the cosmic force that leads us to walk a path of truth , beauty and lovingkindness. We as sentient beings need to open our hearts that we may experience the wonder that is around us. Heaven is all around us - the love of a mother , the smile on the face of a child , the scent of a puppy or a baby , the moonlight on the water , the joy of accomplishment , the loveliness of a flower in full bloom - these are the things that inspire the divine within us to honour the earth and venture down enlightened paths. Please seek union with the divine that we may all serve the betterment of humankind. I can no longer accept the delusional pursuit of Greed and Globalization. I implore all who read this to take this as an opportunity to live life with more grace thereby providing hope for a better tomorrow,

I am embraced by the wind. Mine is an existence of divine love and wisdom. I walk a path of peace along lifes shore where the ocean meets the sky. I seek only to build bridges of peace that lead all humankind to an oasis of love , beauty and truth. The soul of man was meant to be free , the spirit of woman was meant to embrace all life with its magnificence. Explore the voices of the natural world and allow yourself not to dream but to live , to create change , to foster the positive , to experience the reality that faith moves mountains. Please let me not walk this path alone. In these difficult times its important that we understand what our journey is about. We are all on a journey of the soul and with that must come a reverence for life. It is those without reverence whose ignorance and lack of understanding create the havoc we see around the world today. For the planet to survive we must seek to change peoples paradigms one soul at a time.

The inner garment of our soul is one of inspiration and imagination. It is crucial that we use that garment to embrace humankind in lovingkindness. Discover yourself and allow your radiant essence and spiritual wellbeing to permeate the souls of those lost and adrift. We are gardeners of spirit and it is to the benefit of all if we plant seeds of benevolence , diversity , peace and freedom.

To live a life of intentional purpose is to attain spiritual freedom and harness the power within. Materialize your dreams and use your innate abilities to facilitate change. We can all be spiritual revolutionaries seeking soul touching encounters and embracing the wisdom within. Our earth walk is one of profound universal connections in which we should strive to encourage mindfulness and blaze a trail of unique and inspired consciousness that can and will lead us all to a new humanity . Unleash your natural power , uplift the downhearted and seek a balanced state of mind so as to create a nurturing environment for all living things.

The energy of the universe is within each and every one of us. If we widen our circle of compassion and allow the light of wisdom to envelope us mind , body and spirit - we can then uplift consciousness , live together in peace and harmony and celebrate the beauty of sacred mother earth. Express your freedom by seeking to liberate those who are oppressed. Dedicate your thoughts to evoking profound rejuvenation of spirit. Having walked through the darkness I now live an inspired life that empowers the human spirit and embraces my own divinity.

Farewell Beloved Friend

It is with great sadness and heavy heart that I bid adieu to our dear friend Sean Macneil , A creative spirit who will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved him as a Father , a Son and a Friend. He was an advocate for organ donation having been born with a congenital heart defect. It was his passion and purpose to see that others didnt suffer as he did.

Let us celebrate the beauty of who he is. Let us rejoice in the knowledge of how blessed a soul he was and how many lives he touched.

Sean is a positive light who can ignite your dreams and empower your spirit. I am trying not to speak in the past tense for he will be with us always. I know that my heart holds a special place just for him. He had a purity of heart that could light your inner being. His is a life that is meaningful and significant. His smile shone like sunlight through the trees and warmed me to my very soul.

Know that renewing friendships in the past year meant a great deal to him. Knowing that we all remembered him and in fact still loved him gave him a feeling of belonging that he truly needed. He is a unique spirit whose creative energy is an oasis for the soul. I wish him a circle of bliss where he may embrace his divine essence.

With respect and humility I applaud his radical honesty and thank him deeply for the heightened awareness he granted me. He has the courage of a thousand angels and his is a voice that will serenade the heavens. His rich imagination and engaging presence will be forever embedded in my soul.

I can at this very moment feel his positive vibrations. His vibrant life will not be forgotten for he is a man of substance and beauty. I will treasure every moment , every breath , every laugh and every tear we ever shared. The miracle of who he is elevates my soul and gives me divine realization.

To his family and his son I say my thoughts and prayers are with you. He glowed when talking of his Son and loved to tell stories of his history and heritage. His timeless essence and joyfully celebratory spirit will inspire me throughout my life. He made me aware that there is a world of possibilities to explore and that where creativity blossoms the soul thrives.

Knowledge , Wisdom and Truth are the Keys to our survival as a people. The recent earthquake in Pakistan is a Testament to the fact that we are capable as a people of helping others. Its a shame it takes tragedies of this magnitude to awaken our compassionate selves. We should be reaching out at all times . We should be using our Minds in the Highest Way. We all have a Soulful purpose. It is our duty to Promote a Culture of Peace. We should all have the Freedom to Blossom.

The hurricane in New Orleans , the earthquake in Pakistan and the myriad of other tragedies around the globe should Inspire us to Embrace the Beauty of all Living things and to work towards opening a Pathway to Healing and Peace. The Dance of Life can be one of Great Beauty and Freedom. We must Seek to Enrich all Life.

I am always taken aback by the juxtaposition of those who have to those who have not. I was at a Literary Festival on the weekend and was struck by the amount of Homeless in the area of the festival. Each of us whether rich or poor are a Divine Manifestation. We are all a part of the Luminous Tapestry that is Sacred Mother Earth. Having lived on the streets for a short time myself my Heart goes out to all those who are less fortunate. We each should Celebrate our Harvest as we are Truly Blessed. The beaten , battered and broken are nonetheless still are Brothers and Sisters. By Helping them we pay Tribute to the Spirit Within.

It was an Awe filled Encounter that has touched me profoundly. The gap between rich and poor widen day by day. So we as a people must strive to level the playing field so that all may Reap the Benefits mankind has to offer. Nature speaks with many Voices. Listen to the Sounds of Truth that surround you. Give who you are into the World.

Wind , Fire , Flood and Rain. Mother Earth has a Memory and a Mean Streak. Global Warming is here and its pretty pissed. Our past is threatening our future. Its time to take this threat seriously and to listen to what our own planet is saying to us. What its saying is HELP! The Waters of the Earth are rising and we as responsible people must take action individually and as a whole. There is Wisdom in every Soul. We need to reduce consumption , reduce pollution , recycyle , restore and take an active interest in our Evolution.

The Voice of the Land is speaking to us. The House of our Fruits is shaking on its foundation but its not too late. The Beauty of the Green Earth can and must be Preserved. Thoughts forge Reality and we must begin to Change our way of Thinking to that which is Sacred and which fosters a Spiritual Awakening. We are all Connected - every Person , Every Plant , every Drop of Rain.

These are Socially urgent times in our Evolutionary Journey. This Planet is our Garment and to this point we have not worn it well. Nature Speaks but man has a deaf ear. We must turn our ear to the Wind and listen to that Voice in the Wilderness and let it Stimulate our Thoughts and Inspire us to Awaken the Healer within. This is a time for Healing. We must rebuild a Relationship with our Planet. One of Mutual Respect. Bless the Breath of Life that brought us here.

A Voice in the Wilderness

Sometimes at night I hear a Voice in the Wilderness of my Soul crying out for Humanity in a world that is becoming increasingly inhumane. I see images of Africa , Iraq , New Orleans ... Images of Poverty , Starvation and Devestation. Freedom means little when you have no home or food. Democracy means little when you are jailed for your Opinion or for the Color of your skin.

My Dreams are of Salvation . I Pray for a World of Peace where Sacred Mother Earth is Honored and Respected. We live in a world of Infinite Possibilities. Seek your Peace and Follow your Inner Guidance. Reach out to those in need and Lift their Spirits as you Raise your own Vibration. When we Help others we are in Communion with the Soul.

My goal in Life has always been simple - I wake up in the morning and if i am still alive when its time to go to bed then i've had a Good day.
