He sits directly in front of me, it is very rare that I sketch people from such a close range, and I think I make it depend on the kind of AURA which is around people. Here I feel such a calm being, poised and concentrated, I guess he knows what I am doing but he tolerates it in a happy way. I love his attitude. I can study him without being a voyeur. He is giving me something precious here.<br /><br /><strong><em>The man with the oh so soft looking hair - </em></strong>I experimented some other technique, I added the hair in photoshop, after heaving watercoloured the person. You have a lot of free Newspapers on the Metro, there are dispensers everywhere. People leave them on the seats or throw them away once they read them.<br /><br /><br /><strong><em>The woman with the oldfashioned coiffure - </em></strong>I was fascinated by this hairdo, so unusual in fancy Paris. When I was little and we had those hot summers, my mother made me a hairdress almost like that, with a sort of fluffy thick brown plastic ring, you had to pull the hair through the whole and then I have no idea how she fixed the hair around the ring. But it looked like a <strong>DONUT</strong>, (I'm having so much fun here:)<br /><br />This one though is different, there isn't a whole in it and it doesn't look like a Donut, it looks like ... I'm happy that I had time to study at least the back of his head:)<br /><br /><strong><em>The oh so sad looking woman with the gold necklace and the yellow trenchcoat</em></strong> - even the colour yellow does not brighten her expression. What is her burden, is her life full of haunting memories? She looks wealthy and immensely unhappy.<br /><br /><em>click to open</em><br /><a href="http://bp1.blogger.com/_n_4MJ3wZpP8/SFX7ScrhHZI/AAAAAAAACA0/T7tUjX75Lo4/s1600-h/Dreadlocks.gif"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5212348438106152338" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_n_4MJ3wZpP8/SFX7ScrhHZI/AAAAAAAACA0/T7tUjX75Lo4/s400/Dreadlocks.gif" border="0" /></a><br /><div><a href="http://bp1.blogger.com/_n_4MJ3wZpP8/SFX7GaeFSgI/AAAAAAAACAs/gO7ySIikM-A/s1600-h/SadWoman.gif"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5212348231354501634" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_n_4MJ3wZpP8/SFX7GaeFSgI/AAAAAAAACAs/gO7ySIikM-A/s400/SadWoman.gif" border="0" /></a> <em>Copyright ©estandrea - All rights reserved<br /></em><br /><div><strong><span style="color:#6600cc;">News</span></strong></div><div><span style="color:#6600cc;"><strong>Miss Doodle -</strong> <a href="http://missdoodlesday.blogspot.com/">The secretary's sketchbook: Inspiration</a></span></div></div>Cestandreahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12602563148936673366noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1700412250463044349.post-61799925334371845292008-06-14T19:40:00.002+02:002008-06-14T18:02:40.892+02:00The Blotch Family - Papa Kurt Rabbit<em>click to open</em><br /><br /><p><a href="http://bp1.blogger.com/_n_4MJ3wZpP8/SEGNlFhuOfI/AAAAAAAAB7M/OUGqnT1RdiI/s1600-h/PapaRabbit.gif"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5206598312495299058" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_n_4MJ3wZpP8/SEGNlFhuOfI/AAAAAAAAB7M/OUGqnT1RdiI/s400/PapaRabbit.gif" border="0" /></a> <em>Copyright ©estandrea - All rights reserved<br /></em></p><p><span style="color:#6600cc;"><strong>News:</strong></span></p><p><span style="color:#6600cc;"><strong>Miss Doodle</strong> / <em><a href="http://missdoodlesday.blogspot.com/">Parrots</a></em><br /></span></p>Cestandreahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12602563148936673366noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1700412250463044349.post-14083491668800606442008-06-13T11:01:00.002+02:002008-06-13T11:12:01.903+02:00Metroheads - Pink and Black PowerIt's Friday, and we need something strong to begin with.<br /><br /><em><strong>The Lady in pink ,</strong></em> what is she thinking, she looks bored, or concerned?
