Tuzu ve şekeri katın. Kaynayan suya unu bir seferde ekleyip hızlıca karıştırın. Hamuru soğutun. Soğuyan hamura teker teker yumurtaları kırıp yedirin. Kaşıkla alıp yağlanmış tepsiye top top dizin. Fırında üzeri hafif kızarana kadar pişirin. Fırını kapattıktan sonra fırının kapağını açmadan 40 dakika fırında bekletin. Kreması için vanilya hariç tüm malzemeleri karıştırıp pişirin. Ocaktan aldıktan sonra vanilyayı ekleyip mikserle 5 dakika çırpın. Çikolata sosunu üzerindeki tarife göre pişirin. Profiterollerin içerisine kremadan doldurun. İçli köfte yapar gibi hamurun içini oyup karştırdığımız iç malzemesinden 1 veya 1,5 kaşık koyup ağzını kapatın.&lt;br /&gt;Yaptığınız kurabiyeleri kalıbın tam ortasına koyup elinizle hafifçe bastırın. Kurabiyeyi kalıptan çıkarmak için kalıbı tezgaha hafifçe vurun.  Malzeme bitene kadar bu işleme devam edin. Tepsiyi az yağlayın. Kurabiyeleri tepsiye dizin. Kurabiyelerin üzeri kızarmıcak şekilde pişirin.
