The RHS Knights juggernaut rolled on with a solid 23-14 road win over #4 ranked Marion in the second round of the Class 5A playoffs. Julie made the 5-hour odyssey and grabbed all the action. The Knights face Springfield Sacred Heart Griffin next Saturday. Go Knights!

The Peoria Ballet held a special 90th Birthday Party for former Peoria Mayor Jim Maloof on Monday at the Scottish Rite Cathedral. Maloof is a long-time supporter of the Ballet and a champion of the arts in Peoria.

Over 300 well-wishers attended the celebration.

No birthday is complete without cake and ice cream! Happy Birthday Jim!
