This is a great steal right now! I bought 3 a couple weeks ago at $30.00 and they are selling for $64.00 right now on Ebay. Soon they will be over $100.00 in my opinion. Anyways, heres a peak:<br /><a href="http://myphotocloud.com" title="Hosted with myphotocloud.com">Hosted with myphotocloud.com<img src="http://myphotocloud.com/userimages/registered/1_1193025643_226_Lego%20Shadow%20Trooper.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><a href="http://myphotocloud.com" title="Hosted with myphotocloud.com">Hosted with myphotocloud.com<img src="http://myphotocloud.com/userimages/registered/1_1193025642_113_Shadow%20troopers.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><br />The Shadow Troopers were basically an elite group of "stealth" operatives ho could<br />change armor styles to deceive the enemy. See Star Wars for more details:<br /><a href="http://www.starwars.com/databank/organization/shadowtroopers/" target="_blank">Shadow Troopers</a><br /><br /><iframe src="http://rcm.amazon.com/e/cm?t=justaddchips-20&o=1&p=8&l=as1&asins=B000P0TMN6&fc1=000000&IS2=1&lt1=_blank&lc1=0000FF&bc1=000000&bg1=FFFFFF&f=ifr" style="width: 120px; height: 240px" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe><br /><br />Article from <a href="http://www.legostarwarsblog.com" target="_blank">Lego Star Wars</a><div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/1666215960454322727-6810693018550724643?l=legostarwarsfan.blogspot.com'/></div>Georgenoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1666215960454322727.post-2627117009961555412007-05-25T16:24:00.000-07:002007-05-25T16:41:57.156-07:00Custom Legos Inspired by Knights of the old RepublicMy son and I just built some cool new Dark figures inspired by <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_Wars:_Knights_of_the_Old_Republic" target="_blank">Knights Of The Old Republic</a>. We made them with custom decals from <a href="http://www.saber-scorpion.com/lego_shop_darkvslight.htm" target="_blank">Saber-Scorpion’s Lair</a>.<br />1. We took apart knights set and Ferrari set<br /><br /><object codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=7,0,0,0" classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" height="400" width="400"><br /><param name="movie" value="http://www.britepic.com/britepic.swf"></param><br /><param name="FlashVars" value="id=undefined&src=http://myphotocloud.com/userimages/registered/1_1180133977_444_PIC_0262.JPG&keywords=Legos&show_ads=1&show_menu=1&href=http://myphotocloud.com/userimages/registered/1_1180133977_444_PIC_0262.JPG&caption=Ferrari%20set&width=400&height=400&"></param><br /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><br /><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param> <ibed flashvars=";id=undefined&src=http://myphotocloud.com/userimages/registered/1_1180133977_444_PIC_0262.JPG&keywords=Legos&show_ads=1&show_menu=1&href=http://myphotocloud.com/userimages/registered/1_1180133977_444_PIC_0262.JPG&caption=Ferrari%20set&width=400&height=400&" allowscriptaccess="always" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" wmode="transparent" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" height="400" width="400"></ibed><br /><br /></object>2. We are making them with stop motion animation. We are still learning to do this, but plan on finishing a small 5 minute movie by end of the school year. For now here are some great Lego movies off of You Tube.<br /><br />This one has all the great LightSabor battles of all time:<br /><br /><object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/sxRshQaiH8E"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/sxRshQaiH8E" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object><br /><br />This one is great but it's not using stop motion animation:<br /><object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/JCulNkGmZ-0"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/JCulNkGmZ-0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object><div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/1666215960454322727-630516705232408533?l=legostarwarsfan.blogspot.com'/></div>Georgenoreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1666215960454322727.post-53510385170527438752007-03-21T18:34:00.000-07:002007-03-21T18:53:13.427-07:00Just completed 10144 Sandcrawler<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f142/gtycoon/PIC_0182.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"></a><br /> <br /> The Sandcrawler took about 8 hours for me to put together. I bought it for my son for Christmas but haven't had much time.<br />It was spread out on a futon and I would slowly piece it together. It has tank tracks and steering, a crane, 3 Jawas, C-3PO, R2-D2, R1-G4, ASP Droid, gonk droid, Uncle Owen, and a tread droid. The center is detachable with computer consols inside.<br />1669 Total pieces! I bought it for $130.00 and this time in three years it should be worth about $300-400 in the box.<br /><br /><a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f142/gtycoon/PIC_0190.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"></a><div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/1666215960454322727-5351038517052743875?l=legostarwarsfan.blogspot.com'/></div>Georgenoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1666215960454322727.post-8908123431976249802007-03-08T17:31:00.000-08:002008-12-11T15:48:56.647-08:00Speeder Bike Advanced model CustomHere is a custom Speeder bike I made for my son:<br /><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_4LnS07Ts4Cg/RfC8JOpBOMI/AAAAAAAAAWU/P3gJJ80T_OU/s1600-h/PIC_0161.JPG"><img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_4LnS07Ts4Cg/RfC8JOpBOMI/AAAAAAAAAWU/P3gJJ80T_OU/s400/PIC_0161.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5039734849762572482" /></a><br /><br />I used most of the pieces from the new <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000M0PVPW?ie=UTF8&tag=lego0d-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B000M0PVPW">Lego Clone Troopers Battle Pack 7655</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=lego0d-20&l=as2&o=1&a=B000M0PVPW" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" /> . My son is only 5 and a 1/2 but he is handling this very technical Lego structure very well. I do not recomend this for all 5 year olds.... He is only helping me a little bit. This has many parts and he grows tired of working on this very fast. We are also working on a lego movie but I've been too busy working on my main "non Lego Sites". The lego movies are tons of work and I have it on the back burner right now.<br /><br /><iframe src="http://rcm.amazon.com/e/cm?t=lego0d-20&o=1&p=8&l=as1&asins=B000FDDN2E&fc1=000000&IS2=1<1=_blank&lc1=0000FF&bc1=000000&bg1=154676&f=ifr" style="width:120px;height:240px;" scrolling="no" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" frameborder="0"></iframe><div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/1666215960454322727-890812343197624980?l=legostarwarsfan.blogspot.com'/></div>Georgenoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1666215960454322727.post-5487487310374146962007-03-01T19:17:00.000-08:002008-12-11T15:48:57.193-08:00Custom Sith Lord<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_4LnS07Ts4Cg/ReeZbptar_I/AAAAAAAAASY/x5SCv3nrWJ0/s1600-h/PIC_0171.JPG"><img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_4LnS07Ts4Cg/ReeZbptar_I/AAAAAAAAASY/x5SCv3nrWJ0/s400/PIC_0171.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5037163408569053170" /></a><br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_4LnS07Ts4Cg/ReeZb5tasAI/AAAAAAAAASg/HaVzwT_B8mg/s1600-h/PIC_0170.JPG"><img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_4LnS07Ts4Cg/ReeZb5tasAI/AAAAAAAAASg/HaVzwT_B8mg/s400/PIC_0170.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5037163412864020482" /></a><br /> Last month my son made this custom Sith Lord all by himself with extra Darth Vader torso, legs , and cape. It is basically a Darth Vader with a black face and a Knight helmet. We bought the extra light sabors from <a href="http://www.findmybrick.com/" target="_blank">Findmybrick</a> Making Star Wars lego customs and facory sets really bring us together. We still have to find a name for this sith. If you have any sugestions please comment.<br /><br /> In our next post I'll show you the custom advanced speeder bike I made for him.<br /><br /> I will be purchasing better lighting in order to create better pics.
