I work with the NAB, and yes, I'm a merger critic. Karmazin's package only reinforces what the stations we represent have said all along -- that the merger is good for nobody but XM/Sirius. And really, when you consider that the merger would probably also spell the end of innovation (which competition needs) on their radios, can it really be good for XM/Sirius and their listeners anyway?
