I also found a few others but this one had the very valuable information concerning the ruling against "Think All and 'Yuri McScamster'" or whatever his surname is.

I got NOWHERE with their "supervisor" when I called about the billing, which also overdrew my checking account, and made an automatic payment for my cell phone bounce.

They were condescending to say the least, but when I mentioned the Fair Credit and Collection Act, they realized that I wasn't a total moron.

I emailed their customer disservice and included a link to the "Think All" ruling in my email and within an hour was advised that I was receiving a credit.

They run you around in circles. Their c/s people mouth the same script: no credit unless you can track when the return was received, blahblahblah.

I told them I had canceled within the trial period, and they ran me around in circles. My problem was with a 9/24/08 shipment they claimed to have sent me. I never received that and they kept telling me to return the disks.

My question to them was how could I return something I did not receive? They could not answer that. All they do is mouth the same script over and over, even the supervisors.

However, if you tell them you will seek all available remedies at law, including class action suits, they back down quickly.

Emailing them to reiterate what you said on the phone and including a link to the ruling against Think All also drives the point home.Ree823noreply@blogger.com
