To answer your question, all DonorPerfect Visual Edition upgrades are free to all clients that subscribe to one of support plans.

Upgrading is quick and easy- the upgrade program automatically makes a copy of your data and installs the new version as a separate Icon. This way, just in case there could be any issues, you will always have an old version available.

Remember, Version 9.0 is for our Visual Edition users only. The good news is that our next upgrade of DonorPerfect Online, scheduled for later this summer, will also include many of the same features in 9.0. Look for more information about this and more in our Newsletter we're releasing in the next couple of weeks.
