However, I am proud to say that after so long of being in the dark, with more than 10 million fatal errors and shutting down, and losing all email account information because something happened to the mapi32.dll file, I have just about completely finished with Microsoft products. There is an option and the great thing about it is that most of it is free! The operating system is free, the office suite is free! Whats more the office suite will open, edit, and save any microsoft office document except Microsoft Publisher, but they do have a true desktop publishing program that is also free and while it takes a little time to master, it seems the new MSOffice programs will also. I have switched to a distribution of Linux called Ubuntu, it's an african word, I can't really explain what it means but let's just say, it works. I've used it for almost 2 months, it's never asked me to install a driver, shutdown, or had a fatal error, and the screen has never frozen, and all the software including office suite, accounting software, video editing software, Desktop Publishing software has been completely free, it automatically downloads and installs without any work on my part and again it just works. I also use DonorPerfect online and it works great with linux's Foxfire Browser. I don't think I will ever go back to Microsoft.
