An Ohio woman must have meant to call her shrink and not the police when she reported a crime of passion in her home. What was the crime? Her daughter had performed oral sex on her husband. (He’s the girl’s stepfather.) I think that’s against the law of basic human appropriateness, but unfortunately there is no legislation for oral sex in the state of Ohio. When Lazette Cherry learned that her 15-year-old son may have improperly touched his 3-year-old sister, she called ex-husband Jamar Pinkney Sr. to let him know. But dad went ballistic.

He arrived at Lazette's Highland Park, Michigan home and forced 15-year-old Jamar Jr. to strip naked. Then he marched the boy to a vacant lot and forced him to kneel. Mom and Jr. pleaded for him not to shoot. "He got on his knees and begged, `No, Daddy, No,' and he pulled the trigger," Lazette says. Jamar Jr. was dead, shot in the head.

Lazette apparently didn't know her ex would react so violently when she called to let him know about the apparent molestation. Though there's no details on what Jamar Jr. was accused of doing, Lazette seems to imply that it was improper touching, not rape. But she felt a duty to let dad know. "This isn't something you sweep under the rug," she says...

She's now distraught over the incident. "There wasn't nothing that my son wouldn't do for his father. He loved his father so much. There's no justification for what he did, you know, downright shoot your child. He didn't rape her or anything. So why did you have to come and take matters into your hands? We said we were going to get him help."

Police in Dayton say that when undercover officers telephoned Teresa Brock, 45, she offered them the sexual services of her 19-year-old daughter, Danielle.

Brock allegedly told the officer her daughter was "beautiful and available to offer personal favours, for a price".

The officer then spoke to Danielle Brock, who said that, for $60 (£42) she was willing to do "a lot".

Both women have been arrested and police also found heroin on the mother, who has been charged with promoting prostitution and possession of illegal drugs.

Danielle Brock, who had no previous police record, faces a charge of soliciting prostitution. She has been released from jail but her mother remains held on $50,000 bail.

Judge Says Government Responsible For Hurricane Katrina

There is no doubt that Hurricane Katrina was a storm of colossal proportions, a rarity even in the current climate of super-charged storm fronts, but it is the ruling of a judge that has given a target for all of those affected my the damage left in its wake.

In a monumental ruling, U.S. District Judge Stanwood R. Duval declared that the government, via negligence on the part of the Army Corp of Engineers, is directly responsible for many of the issues that people encountered after the winds settled.

In his 156-page decision, Judge Duval proceeded to rip the Army and U.S. Government a new one, using words such as “myopia, insouciance, and shortsightedness,” to describe the corps quality of work ethics.

“For more than 40 years the corps had known that a crucial levee protecting suburban St. Bernard Parish and the Lower 9th Ward neighborhood would be compromised by deterioration of the channel. The corps had a myriad of way to address the problem but failed to do so.”

On the same day, Judge Duvall awarded $719,000 to a group of flood victims that sued the government in April of 2006.

The ruling creates a clear path for anyone effected by Katrina whom would like to take legal action against the government in the storm's aftermath.

With the inefficiency that was FEMA, I am sure that there will be more lawsuits in the near future.

Police in Atlanta, Georgia are investigating the Grand Hustle offices owned by rapper T.I., after two Molotov Cocktails were found in front of the building that houses the label. A SWAT team was called to the scene to remove the two explosives devices , while ATF agents are interviewing witnesses in an attempt to identify a suspect. Investigators are currently testing the Molotov cocktails to determine what liquids were in the two bottles.

"One of the occupants came out early this morning to start his car up and noticed two suspicious bottles sitting on the front portion of the walkway," Officer Otis Redmond told MyFox Atlanta 5. T.I., born Clifford Harris Jr., is currently finishing a year-long prison sentence in an Arkansas federal prison for attempting to purchase machine guns and silencers in October of 2008.

15 year Old Girl Kills her Neighbor Because She Wanted to Know What it Felt Like WTF?!?

Meet Alyssa Bustamante, a Missouri 15 year old girl who has been indicted by a grand jury on a charge of first-degree murder in the slaying of her 9-year-old neighbor...{SERIOUSLY}. Alyssa is accused of killing Elizabeth Olten by strangling the girl, cutting her throat and stabbing her on October 21. Bustamante also is charged with armed criminal action for allegedly using a knife in the attack. The indictment Wednesday came hours after a judge ruled Bustamante should stand trial as an adult. She is being held without bond in Cole County jail. If convicted of first-degree murder, Bustamante could be sentenced to life in prison. This all occurred because the little pendejita (punk) wanted to know what it felt like to "kill", are you SERIOUS??? Where the hell were her parents? I truly hope she gets punished to the highest extent.

The "Stupak amendment" makes insurance coverage for abortion virtually unavailable for millions of women purchasing insurance plans through the newly created health insurance exchange, even if they're using their own money to buy coverage.

This is a huge shift in U.S. policy. Senator Kristen Gillibrand notes it would "dramatically limit reproductive health care." Representative Dianne DeGette calls it "the biggest expansion of restrictions on a woman's right to choose...in my career."2

Anti-choice forces won in the House through late-night, back-room negotiations. Now we have to fight back and get the truth out there so Congress hears loud and clear that this is simply unacceptable—and that Americans are going to fight hard to keep this provision out of the final health care bill.

Teacher Charged With Threatening "Alleged Gay" Student

Since when has it been appropriate for any school teacher to ask students about their sexual orientation??? Clayton County schools are investigating charges that a teacher threatened a student after questioning the teen’s sexuality. Randolph Forde, a teacher at Mundy’s Mill High School remains on administrative leave with pay...(SERIOUSLY, with pay???) school spokesman Charles White said Monday. Jail records show Forde was arrested last month on charges of terrorist threats and released on a $10,000 bond. School officials postponed the employment hearing scheduled on Tuesday for Forde to face possible disciplinary action, White said, under advice from the district’s attorney that there had been no sufficient prior notice.

Forde asked the student about being gay after he saw the boy dancing inappropriately with another male student in class, Thomas said. “All of the students knew Mr. Forde was joking,” Thomas said. “The other students said Mr. Forde always plays around with them like that.” Killebrew, the targeted student’s mother, contacted Clayton County police, who presented the allegations to a magistrate judge. A judge issued an arrest warrant on Oct. 13, according to court records.

The teacher has since been released from jail, but was ordered to stay away from the student. Killebrew said she took her son out of school for seven days. He returned to class following the arrest. “He’s really scared. He’s at the point where he trusted the authorities at school and now he is real untrusting,” she said. Forde waived a preliminary hearing and is waiting for the case to be sent to a grand jury, Madden said. Forde has been teaching in Clayton since August 2008, White said. He will remain on administrative leave while school officials conduct an investigation.

The Michael Jackson sexual assault case that settled out of court for millions ‘they say’ was pushed by the alleged victim’s father, Evan Chandler, out of greed and wealth. Evan committed suicide yesterday:

JORDY Chandler’s dad, reportedly killed himself last night – just five months after the death of his son’s alleged sex abuser, Michael Jackson. Evan Chandler was found in bed with a single gunshot wound to his head, cops in New Jersey said. A concierge at the dentist’s luxury waterfront apartment block stumbled onto the horrific scene in Jersey City. The gun was still in the dad’s hand. Mr. Chandler’s suicide – on November 5 but which only emerged last night – was being probed by baffled cops. The 65-year-old – whose son was 13 when he claimed in the early 1990s that Jacko molested him – left no note. His dad’s body was found after he failed to keep an appointment with a doctor – who called the concierge to check on him. Police confirmed: “We have ruled it as suicide because he was found with a gun held to his body.

“He had a single bullet wound to the side of his head. “There was no note but officers did find medication in keeping with a serious medical condition.” Sources said the dad was barely recognizable from how he looked during the 13-month probe, launched by Santa Barbara’s district attorney into the abuse claims. The family also sued Jacko. Bizarrely, the dad had undergone a string of cosmetic surgery operations – mirroring those of the superstar, who died in June at age 50. Jordy, who has always been tight-lipped about his time with Jacko, had fallen out with his parents. Three years ago, he got a restraining order against his father – claiming the dentist attacked him with a dumbbell weight. Despite that, he was recently said to have been patching things up with his mum June, who got divorced from Evan in 1992. Former Santa Barbara County Sheriff Jim Thomas said: “Everybody in this whole saga was touched tragically.” Jordy, now 29, was given a payoff worth millions by the King of Pop to prevent his allegations from emerging in court.
