Actually, Jim, I find that very useful.

I know in the past I've tried to explain that a person can't get to know me just by reading the blog, but I believe it is impossible for me to convince some of that. Having you do it like this is very helpful to not only someone else, but me, too.

And I'm not Gene either, but I have a thought that seems pertinent, at least to me.

Knowing you online is not remotely the same as knowing you in person. I know that you are not at all porcupine-like. But such mistaken opinions are, I have to admit, possible if I only know you through correspondence. You have taken great pains to
