Libertà per Nazan Ercan!

Mobilitiamoci perché all'uscita dal carcere di Rebibbia di Roma, Nazan non venga trasferita in un CPT ed espulsa in Turchia!

Il 9 giugno prossimo Nazan Ercan, che tutti molti ormai conoscono con il nome di Zeynep Kiliç, vedrà scadere i termini della sua carcerazione. I suoi avvocati si accingono a presentare alla per lei un domicilio di riferimento e un contratto lavorativo e a chiedere la discussione della "pericolosità sociale" della loro assistita.

Ma questo potrebbe non esser sufficiente ad impedire la sua espulsione immediata in Turchia, paese di cui è oppositrice politica e in cui la sua incolumità sarebbe a grave rischio.

Nazan ha scontato appieno la condanna a 5 anni inflittale in primo e secondo grado dalla Giustizia italiana per presunta appartenenza al DHKP-C, un partito comunista dell'estrema sinistra turca inserito nelle famigerate liste nere dell'Unione Europea.

Liste che, approvate dal Consiglio d'Europa sulla scia dell'attentato alle torri gemelle dell'11 settembre, sono state, lo ricordiamo, messe recentemente in discussione dalla stessa Assemblea parlamentare europea (APCE) la quale, il 23.01.2008, ha definito come "lesive dei diritti umani fondamentali e completamente arbitrarie" le procedure impiegate per l'iscrizione in esse dei presunti terroristi.

Nazan Ercan e Avni Er (condannato invece a 7 anni) sono gli unici due attivisti in carcere di quell'enorme operazione di polizia giudiziaria che il 1 aprile 2004 provocò l'arresto di 82 persone in Turchia e 59 persone tra Germania, Olanda, Belgio e Italia.

Questi due compagni che, come tutti gli altri arrestati, erano impegnati nella denuncia dei crimini commessi dal regime fascista turco, hanno subito in Italia un processo scandaloso.

Un processo evidentemente politico, che a visto ripetutamente leso il diritto della difesa, e che ha basato la sua condanna principalmente sulle dichiarazioni dei due testi a carico: il tenente colonnello dei R.O.S di Roma, Vittorio Pagliaccia, responsabile dell'inchiesta italiana e Serdar Bajraktutan, ufficiale di collegamento turco, nonchè vice-direttore dell'Antiterrorismo di Istanbul e responsabile degli interrogatori in quel paese. Questi personaggi, che hanno testimoniato in aula, coperti da un paravento, hanno fornito come "prove" le loro "convinzioni e conclusioni investigative" che li hanno portati ad asserire con certezza, quanto la stessa Magistratura turca o europea non si spinge a riconoscere ovvero l'equivalenza tra DHKP-C (il Partito, illegale e clandestino) e il DHKC, ossia il Fronte, quella struttura composta da molteplici associazioni, radio, giornali, sindacati che godono di un riconoscimento pubblico e legale.

La Corte di Perugia che ha condannato Avni e Nazan, ha ammesso come valide "testimonianze indirette", avvalorando nel caso di Bajraktutan, deposizioni riguardanti fatti e circostanze di addirittura trent'anni prima e apprese da fonti rimaste imprecisate.

"I presunti terroristi" cui è stato possibile risalire con l'operazione 2004, per bocca dello stesso ufficiale turco, sono stati "inchiodati" da prove rinvenute su corpi di altri militanti del DHKP-C, rimasti però tutti uccisi dalle forze di polizia o dalle confessioni di alcuni degli arrestati. Confessioni successive a modalità di interrogatorio la cui validità è tutta da verificare stando a quanto riferito dai rapporti degli organismi internazionali a tutela dei diritti umani e dallo Bajraktutan che ad una domanda in merito dell'avvocato difensore candidamente afferma "su ogni persona che prendiamo alla fine vengono fatte queste denuncie, cioè, non proprio la denuncia ma tutti dicono che sono stati torturati."

I Magistrati italiani tanto solerti nel condannare Avni e Nazan, non hanno inteso minimamente indagare il contesto turco nel quale la loro presunta organizzazione di appartenenza, il DHKP- C opera, per cercare di appurare in tal modo se l'attività da essa condotta in Turchia possa essere inquadrata effettivamente in una dinamica di "terrore" e non invece di "guerra di resistenza" contro un'oppressione fascista alla stregua della Resistenza in Italia. Il PM Cannevale durante il processo di primo grado dirà: "come stabilito dalla Corte la materia della democraticità dello stato turco, tra virgolette, e le sua violazione dei diritti umani è tema che non è di rilievo in questo processo". E con tale motivazione si opporrà puntualmente, con il sostegno Presidente della Corte della Corte Aldo Criscuolo, a ogni tentativo della difesa di dimostrare la pesante ingerenza dei militari nella "vita democratica" dello Stato turco e i crimini da essi commessi tra cui l'assalto alle prigioni del dicembre 2000, nel quale l'esercito si rese responsabile dell'assassinio di 28 persone, 4 delle quali furono bruciate vive per l'utilizzo dei lanciafiamme.

Il completo disinteresse delle Autorità italiane per il rispetto della dignità e dei diritti dell'uomo, causa a cui invece Avni e Nazan hanno sacrificato la loro vita, è emersa anche dalle motivazioni della sentenza
con cui il 16 aprile 2008 la Corte d'Appello di Sassari, ha respinto la richiesta di estradizione di Avni avanzata direttamente dal governo di Ankara. Il giudice Giovanni Antonio Tabasso ha rigettato l'estradizione perché ha ritenuto che l'Italia abbia svolto efficacemente il proprio ruolo di paladina della "guerra al terrorismo" condannando Avni prima ancora della stessa Turchia.

Nulla, se non un'ampia mobilitazione e solidarietà promossa nei confronti di Avni e Nazan, avrebbe impedito a questa Magistratura così genuflessa, di consegnare il nostro compagno ai suoi carnefici.

Avni e Nazan ci incitano nelle loro lettere ad andare avanti, a continuare la battaglia contro il pericolo di espulsione che incombe su di loro.

Avni e Nazan hanno già pagato abbondantemente con il loro "sequestro" da parte delle Autorità Italiane; è ora di dire basta agli abusi continui della Giustizia italiana.

Il responsabile oggi della possibile e imminente espulsione di Nazan è il Questore di Roma.

E' a lui che chiediamo di indirizzare immediatamente appelli, fax di protesta per impedire che Nazan all'uscita dal carcere di Rebibbia a Roma, concretamente possibile già sabato prossimo possa essere portata in un CPT e da qui rinviata in Turchia.

Chiediamo a tutti i sinceri democratici, intellettuali e esponenti della sinistra che già si sono mobilitati e a quanti ancora non l'hanno fatto, di esprimere energicamente il loro sostegno nei confronti di Avni e Nazan.

Chiediamo a tutti coloro che possono, di esser pronti per un presidio davanti alla Questura di Roma o al carcere di Rebibbia nel momento in cui Nazan uscirà.

Impedire questo ennesimo crimine è ancora più importante oggi per tutti coloro che vogliono opporsi all'accellerazione reazionaria e fascista impressa dal nuovo Governo Berlusconi!

Gegen Imperialismus, gegen modernen Faschismus, kämpfen, organisieren, die Partei aufbauen!

An diesem 1. Mai ist der Imperialismus in der defensive, denn er ist mit dem vom Volkswiderstand in Irak, Afghanistan, Palästina, Kurdistan und auf der ganzen Welt konfrontiert. Bushs unbegrenzter Krieg bringt keinen Erfolg. Die imperialistische Wirtschafts- und Finanzkrise wird auf das Volk und die ärmsten Volksmassen abgeladen. Elend und Hunger verbreiten sich, aber auch Revolten gegen Hunger und Elend, die von Ägypten bis Tunesien, von den Philippinen bis Indien und Vietnam unter Führung der Arbeiter/innenklasse stehen.

Der Volkskrieg geht weiter ist in jedem Land mit einer besonderen Situation konfrontiert. In Nepal geht der Volkskrieg voran und ebenso der politische Kampf, die Maoist/innen gewinnen die Wahlen und marschieren vorwärts zur neudemokratischen Revolution. In Peru und Türkei wird der Volkskrieg reorganisiert, um neuen Schwung zu erlangen. Der Volkskrieg macht in Indien Fortschritte und auch in Südasien durch die Gründung neuer maoistischer Parteien (Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesch usw.)

Die Widersprüche zwischen den Imperialisten untereinander und den aufsteigenden Mächten Indien und China wachsen, und das imperialistische Europa freut sich auf seine politisch-militärische Union, um im Wettkampf um Energiemärkte und die Kontrolle von Rohstoffen stärker und einflussreicher zu werden.

In den europäischen Ländern gibt es in unterschiedlichen Formen weitere Angriffe auf die Lebens- und Arbeitsbedingungen des Proletariats und der proletarischen Massen; Rassismus und Fremdenfeindlichkeit nehmen zu, ebenso Angriffe von kirchlichen Kreisen gegen Frauen, Klassenreformen der Schulen, Kürzungen bei den Sozialausgaben und Wohnungen, Prekarisierung der Arbeit und des Lebens.

In Italien und Frankreich entwickelt sich eine Tendenz zu einem neuen Regime; ein moderner Faschismus und Polizeistaat wird entwickelt, wobei Sarkozy und Berlusconi deutliche Modelle sind.

Der imperialistische Staat entwickelt die Unterdrückung gegen die Volkskämpfe, entwickelt eine neue Sicherheitspolitik durch Militarisierung der Vorstädte, während er die Kriminalisierung der revolutionär kommunistischen Kräfte in die Praxis umsetzt.

Dem gegenüber versuchen sich die reformistischen Parteien und die offizielle Gewerkschaftsführung als Opposition anzupreisen, aber in Wirklichkeit stehen sie den Plänen der Regierung in allen Bereichen nahe und unterstützen sie.

Gegen diese Situation entwickeln die Proletarier/innen und Massen eine kämpferische Bewegung.

In Frankreich schwelt die soziale Revolte der „Banlieus“(Vorstädte) die ganze Zeit unter der Asche und führt immer wieder zu Explosionen. In den Fabriken Frankreichs und Italiens finden Streiks für bessere Löhne, zur Verteidigung der Pensionen, gegen Prekarisierung und gegen Auslagerung der Produktion und dadurch bedingte Kündigungen statt.

In Frankreich kommt es zu einer neuerlichen Student/innen-Bewegung, die sich auf die Kämpfe der Anti-CPE-Bewegung bezieht; ebenso kommen die „Sans papier“-Bewegung (Migrant/innen ohne Papiere) und alle gesellschaftlichen Sektoren wieder in Bewegung.

In Italien gewinnt die Frauenbewegung mit riesigen Demonstrationen gegen sexuelle Gewalt und klerikal-faschistische Angriffe auf das Abtreibungsrecht neue Kraft. In Neapel richtet sich eine starke Opposition der Volksmassen gegen den Staat und die nationale und lokale Regierung, die die „Müllkrise“ und die schwere Bedrohung der Gesundheit und des Lebens der Bevölkerung verursacht haben. Die Volksproteste gegen die Erweiterung der US-Militärbasis in Vicenza gehen weiter.

Ebenso wie in ganz Europa entwickeln sich die Arbeiter/innenkämpfe in Deutschland, Italien, und in erster Linie in den osteuropäischen Ländern Polen, Rumänien und auch Russland.

Was sind die Aufgaben der echten, revolutionären, maoistischen kommunistischen Parteien in dieser Situation?

Den Parteiaufbau inmitten des Feuers der Klassenkämpfe in fester Verbindung mit den Massen vorantreiben. Auf Grundlage einer konkreten Analyse der konkreten Situation eingreifen, um mit der Vorhut der Arbeiter/innen und der Massenbewegung verbunden zu sein. Grundeinheiten für Klassengewerkschaften und ihre Verbindung schaffen. Unter der rebellischen Jugend der imperialistischen Banlieus (Vorstädte) arbeiten und revolutionäre Jugendgruppen aufbauen. Die Kämpfe der Student/innen, Migrant/innen, Hausbesetzer/innen, gegen Militärbasen, Verschmutzung und Umweltzerstörung unterstützen und ihnen eine Orientierung geben. Die Frauenkämpfe stärken und ausdehnen, eine revolutionäre proletarisch feministische Bewegung aufbauen. In konkreten Kampagnen und in Rote-Hilfe-Gruppen gegen Unterdrückung kämpfen.

Auf internationaler Ebene alle antiimperialistischen Kämpfe und Volkskriege unterstützen.

Zu einer neuen Einheit unter den kommunistischen Parteien auf der Grundlage des proletarischen Internationalismus, der Durchsetzung des Marxismus-Leninismus Maoismus, des Wegs der Revolution beitragen.

We extend our great joy for the victory that your party won in the historic elections for the Constituent Assembly.

The advanced proletarians, the anti-imperialist movements, the youth and women, revolutionary and progressive organizations welcomed with enthusiasm the news coming form Nepal, and drew strength and confidence in the class struggle in our country.

The electoral success is the fruit of ten years of people’s war and development of the political struggle of the Nepali masses.

The democratic revolution advances and the new Nepal begins to turn into reality.

The proletarians and the people of the world must defend the advances in Nepal before all the attacks from the imperialism and the reaction.

It is the victory of the application of the Marxism-Leninism-Maoism to the concrete reality of Nepal, synthesized by the “Pracanhda path”.

It is the proof of the ability of the Maoist communist parties in the world to draw lessons from the advances as well as form the defeats.

The revolution in Nepal teaches that when the proletarian and the masses are lead by a communist party that applies the concrete analysis of the concrete situation, the mass line, they can advance and win.

We met your Party and your leaders in Nepal and in Italy. We strengthened our unity and drew inspiration for the difficult and complex battle to build the party in our country and generally in the imperialist countries.

In the historic Seminar of December 2006, the development of the analysis of imperialism, the summing up of the experience of the international communist movement and the socialism, the battle for the revolution in the 21st century, had a first important reflection, because it draws richness from actual advances of the Nepali revolution and the theoretical, political and practical contribution to the science of the Marxism-Leninism-Maoism brought by the Communist Party of Nepal and the comrade Prachanda.

The struggle for the new democracy in Nepal is integrant part of the wave of the world proletarian revolution. The best support to the Nepali revolution is to advance in the revolutionary struggle on the heart of the countries of the globalized imperialism, applying to the concrete reality of these countries the science of the revolution and so developing.

From the highest top of the world a red banner shines victorious.

It's the flag of Maoism. It's the flag of people's war and of the political struggle guided by Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist).

It's a call to proletarians and peoples of the world to see that another path is possible. To win is possible!

The extraordinary electoral success of the Maoists in Nepal frightens imperialists and their media all over the world.

The people's war in Nepal, from the American imperialism inserted in their proscription lists as "terrorist threats" so far, has demonstrated to be able to win first of all on the military terrain conquering the 80% of the territory, smashing the reactionary army guided by the dictatorial monarchical regime sustained by world imperialism and Indian hegemonism; then to be able to win also on the electoral terrain, smashing all other parties put together, from the monarchical extreme right to the phoney communist left, basing itself on the masses, youth, women, working class and its mass organizations.

A People's Liberation Army, a united front, an authentically communist party guided by the Marxism-leninism-maoism sagaciously applied to the concrete reality, has till now performed a miracle, in the sphere of an imperialist system which leads an infinity war against the peoples of the world and in the ambit of a country pressed between the two emerging powers, India and China.

The Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) guided by comrade Prachanda, bearing in mind the experiences of the anti imperialist struggle and people's war - drawing lessons from experience of the people's war in Peru guided by the Communist Party of Peru and its leader Presidente Gonzalo - has innovated in war, politics, organization, the implementation of Marxism-leninism-maoism, and achieved a first great result, the strategic and tactical lessons of which are useful and important for all genuine communists in the world.

We communist proletarians engaged in the construction of the Communist Party Maoist in Italy make part always of the Revolutionary Internationalist Movement of which the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) is a leading component, and we are proud to have been those who, totally in countertendency with reformist, revisionist and phoney parties, so as with the leading political anti-globalization ranks, have supported and tried to let know the people's war in Nepal, the advanced, sophisticated, profound elaboration of PCN (Maoist) - let to know the extraordinary role of women through the elaboration of comrade Parvati - so as the role played also at international level of the Nepalese revolution in south Asia, with the development of people's war in the heart of the Indian giant. The current results of the Maoists in Nepal encourage and inspire us in applying to the different conditions of an imperialist country, the theory of the proletarian revolution.

Now it is necessary to support the Nepalese revolution in a much more strong and determined way in front of US imperialism and of the India and China powers plans to stop it, to domesticate and stifle it, but above all it is necessary to call on communists, advanced proletarians and anti-imperialists to know, to analyse thoroughly, to measure themselves with the advance of the Maoism in Nepal.

Against imperialism, against modern fascism, struggle, organize and construct the party

On this 1st May imperialism is on the defensive as it confrontes with the peoples' resistance in Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine, Kurdistan and all over the world. Bush's infinity war hasn't succeed. The imperialist economic and financial crisis will be discharged on proletarians and the poorest popular masses, misery and hunger expand also, but also the revolt expand against the hunger and misery guided by the working class, from Egypt to Tunisia, from Philippines to India and Vietnam.

Peoples' war continues and are confronted with particular situations in each country. In Nepal peoples' war advances and trough the political struggle too, Maoists gain elections and march towards a revolution of a new democracy. In Peru and Turkey the peoples' war reorganize itself so as to retake new impulse. People's war advances in India, in south Asia trough the constitution of new Maoist parties (Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, etc.) too.

Contradictions among imperialist grow and imperialist Europe looks forward its political-military union so as to be stronger and more influent in the competition for energy, market, control of raw materials, and the new ascending powers, India and China.

In the European countries advances in different forms the attack against the life and work conditions of proletarians, proletarian masses; racism and xenophobia advance, attacks also by clerical against women, class reforms of the school, cut in social spending, lodgements, precarisation of labour and life.

In Italy and France a tendency toward the regime advances; it develops a modern fascism and police's state, of which Sarkozy and Berlusconi are a clear model.

The imperialist state develops repression against popular struggles, develops a security politics militarizing the suburbs, while put in practise the criminalization of revolutionary communist forces.

In front of all this, reformist parties, the official trade union leadership try to promote themselves as opponents, but in the essence they converge and support the government plans in every field.

Against this situation the proletarians and the masses develop a fighting movement.

In France the social revolt of the "banlieues" smoulders every day under the ashes through frequent explosions. In the factories in France and in Italy there is a strike movement for better salaries, defence of pensions, against precariousness, production delocalization that origins dismissals. In France there is a good renewal of student movement that returns on the struggle of the antiCpe movement; so as the "sans papier" struggles and all the social sectors are moving. In Italy has retaken vigour the women movement with huge demonstrations against sexual violence and clerico-fascist attacks to the law of abortion. In Naples a strong popular mass opposition continues against the state and national and local governments which have provoked the "rubbish crisis" and the grave attack to the health and life of population. Continues the popular protests against the extension works of the USA's base of Vicenza. So as in all Europe there is a development of workers struggles, in Germany, in Italy and first of all in the east European countries, Poland, Rumania, and also Russia.

In this situation which are the tasks of the, authentically revolutionary, Maoist communist parties?

To advance in their building/construction amid the fire of class struggle strictly linked with the masses.
To intervene on the basis of the concrete analysis of the concrete situation so as to be linked to the workers
vanguards and of the mass movement.
To construct base organisms for the class syndicate and their coordination.
To install amid the rebel youth of the imperialist banlieues, constructing youth revolutionary organisms.
To give support and orientation to the student struggles, immigrants, lodgement occupants, to the popular struggles on the territories against military bases, pollution and environmental deterioration.
Strengthen and expand women's struggles, constructing a revolutionary proletarian feminist movement.
To struggle against repression, in developing campaigns and Red Aid organisms.
On the international level to support all antimperialist struggles and peoples' wars.
To contribute to a new unity among communist parties on the basis on the proletarian internationalism, the assertion of Marxism-Leninism Maoism, the path to revolution.

Esprimiamo grande gioia per la vittoria conseguita dal vostro partito nelle storiche elezioni per l'Assemblea Costituente.

I proletari avanzati, i movimenti antimperialisti, le organizzazioni giovanili e femminili rivoluzionarie e progressiste hanno accolto con entusiasmo le notizie provenienti dal Nepal, traendone forza e fiducia nella lotta di classe nel nostro paese.

La rivoluzione nepalese insegna che quando i proletari e le masse sono guidate da un partito comunista che applica l'analisi concreta alla situazione concreta, la linea di massa, sono in grado di avanzare e conseguire vittorie.

Abbiamo incontrato il vostro partito e i vostri dirigenti in Nepal come in Italia. Abbiamo rafforzato la nostra unità e abbiamo tratto incoraggiamento nella difficile e complessa battaglia per la costruzione del partito nel nostro paese e nei paesi imperialisti in generale.

Nello storico seminario del dicembre 2006 lo sviluppo dell'analisi dell'imperialismo, il bilancio dell'esperienza del movimento comunista internazionale e del socialismo, la battaglia per la rivoluzione nel 21° secolo, hanno avuto una prima importante riflessione perchè essa fa tesoro degli avanzamenti reali della rivoluzione nepalese e dei contributi teorici, politici e pratici alla scienza marxista-leninista-maoista apportati dal partito comunista del Nepal e dal compagno Prachanda.

La lotta per la Nuova Democrazia in Nepal è parte integrante della nuova ondata della rivoluzione proletaria mondiale. Il miglior sostegno alla rivoluzione nepalese è avanzare nella lotta rivoluzionaria nel cuore dei paesi dell'imperialismo globalizzato, applicare alla realtà concreta di questi paesi la scienza della rivoluzione, sviluppandola.

Ce 1er Mai, l’impérialisme est sur la défensive à cause de la résistance des peuples en Irak, en Afghanistan et dans le monde entier. La guerre infinie de Bush est un échec.

Les guerres populaires ne se sont pas arrêtées et affrontent des situations diverses selon les pays. Au Népal, la guerre populaire est en passe de l’emporter à travers la lutte politique, comme le disent les Népalais. Au Pérou, la guerre populaire se réorganise et se poursuit. Elle avance en Inde, dans le Sud asiatique avec la constitution de nouveaux partis maoïstes (Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, etc.)

Les contradictions s’accentuent entre les impérialistes. L’Europe impérialiste cherche son unité politico-militaire pour avoir plus d’influence dans la compétition pour l'énergie, le marché, le contrôle des matières premières, et se mesurer aux nouvelles puissances émergentes, l’Inde, la Chine, pays où se développe la lutte de classes. Dans les pays européens sous diverses formes l’attaque contre les conditions de vie, de travail des prolétaires, des masses populaires en général, se poursuit ; le racisme, la xénophobie s’amplifient ainsi que les attaques cléricales contre les femmes ; les réformes de la classe dirigeante s’attaquent aux écoles, portent des coups aux minima sociaux, aux allocations, renforcent la précarisation dans le travail et dans la vie en général.

En France et en Italie se fait jour un régime développant un fascisme moderne et un Etat policier, dont Sarkozy est un symbole évident. L’Etat impérialiste développe la répression contre les luttes populaires, installe une politique sécuritaire en militarisant les quartiers et en criminalisant les forces communistes révolutionnaires. Face à cela, les partis réformistes, les directions syndicales officielles cherchent à se faire accréditer comme des opposants, mais dans le fond, ils sont de connivence avec le gouvernement et soutiennent tous ses plans (par exemple dans les domaines de la politique économique, de la sécurité et de la répression).

Contre cette situation se développe un mouvement de lutte des prolétaires et des masses. La révolte sociale dans les banlieues couve tous les jours sous les cendres avec de fréquentes explosions. Des usines est parti un mouvement de grèves pour les salaires, la défense des retraites, contre la délocalisation de la production et les licenciements qui en résultent. Il y a un bon redémarrage du mouvement étudiant qui reprend la lutte du mouvement anti-CPE. De nombreuses autres luttes se développent en France, celle des sans-papiers par exemple. Tous les secteurs sociaux sont en mouvement. Les luttes ouvrières se développent dans toute l’Europe, en Allemagne, en Italie et par-dessus tout dans les pays de l’Est, en Pologne, en Roumanie et même en Russie.

Dans cette situation, quelles sont les tâches des partis communistes révolutionnaires, authentiques, maoïstes?

Avancer dans leur édification/construction dans le feu de la lutte de classe en lien étroit avec les masses.
Intervenir sur la base de l’analyse concrète des situations concrètes pour se lier à l’avant-garde ouvrière et aux mouvements de masses.
Construire les organismes de base pour un syndicat de classe et les coordonner.
S’implanter parmi les jeunes des banlieues, en construisant des organisations révolutionnaires de la jeunesse.
Apporter un soutien et une orientation aux luttes des étudiants, des sans-papiers, de ceux qui occupent les logements vides etc.
Lutter contre la répression, développer des campagnes et un Secours Rouge.
Sur le plan international, soutenir toutes les luttes anti-impérialistes et les guerres populaires.
Contribuer à la nouvelle unité des partis communistes sur les bases de l’internationalisme prolétarien et de l’affirmation du marxisme-léninisme-maoïsme comme seule voie de la révolution.

We call all the communist and revolutionary forces, the struggle organizations, the class union organizations to subscribe the common statement below:

In the past years the proletarians and people’s masses of Italy have experienced centre-right governments lead by Berlusconi as well as centre-left governments lead by Prodi and D’Alema, including the “communist” parties [PRC and PdCI].

These governments attacked and worsened the conditions of live and work. In these years we have undergone cut of the wages – also because of the high cost of the livelihood; precariousness – result of the Biagi and Treu laws; “white murders” before increasing profits; cut of the pensions and social services before growing financial transfers for the owners and military expenses. The toiling masses got poorer and poorer while profits and financial gains grew up.

A reactionary restructuring process of the State and the society advanced, in authoritarian and modern fascist forms that generalized emergency laws, repression and a climate of police State.

The Moratti reform, that the Prodi's government has maintained, worsened the conditions of the youth.

The condition of the women at the work and in the social life is more and more under attack; led by the Vatican, a clerical-fascist attack advances against the right of abortion and the self-determination of the women.

The persecution of the communists, the proletarian and class organization has gone on while the fascists have been protected and the militant anti-fascists criminalized.

The racist laws against the migrants adopted by the Berlusconi government have been essentially maintained under the Prodi’s government, while aggressions and a climate of pogrom escalated.

The imperialist role of Italy in Afghanistan and Lebanon, in alliance/subordination with US, intensified. Italy supported the Puppet State in Kosovo and persists developing military bases and new armaments. The people struggling for the health, against the high speed trains or the crisis of rubbish, met the repression and the denial of their demands. The bribery and the system of politician caste lasted and expanded at the shade of the centre-left.

For these reasons we communists call the proletarians and the masses to say NO to both the form of the bourgeois government, ready to join a big anti-workers coalition.

We call to advance in the class and mass struggle in all the social and political battles, to fight for an alternative to these governments: a WORKERS GOVERNMENT, emerging from the struggling movement of the exploited and oppressed masses, supported by the base and struggle organizations of the proletarians and the masses, marching toward the socialist alternative.

We want a workers, anti-capitalist and truly democratic and popular government, that will satisfies the political and economic demands of the toiling masses and will realize radical changes, expropriating the major means of production and exchange, and putting them under the control of the working class so to open the road to the transformation of the whole economic and social order toward the socialism.

The formula “workers government” today serves the propaganda of the communists’ solutions of the problem of the daily life of the proletarians and people’s masses.

Through that we make clear that for the working class and the people’s masses there are not parliamentary solutions of their fundamental problems, and that only the working class can give birth to a government that will not bow down before the altar of the profits and the bourgeois institutions, but rather will strive to overcome the crisis defeating the capitalism.

It helps to propagandize and give again dignity and strength to the perspective of the proletarian power, the socialism end the communism.

The fall of the Prodi’s government is first of all the result of the crisis of consent that expanded and deepened among the ranks of the workers and people masses. The policies of this government followed the stream of Berlusconi as regards the economic and social measures, internal affairs, foreign policy. All the great expectations, coming also from the support given to this government by the parties supposed representing the workers interests, have been disappointed.

The past October 20, one million people marched on the street organised by the Rifondazione Comunista Party to press the government so it could gain consent and confidence. But the accord on the pensions and the social welfare and the following Financial Law immediately betrayed this confidence. The government had already exhausted the reserve of consent on the issues of the democracy and peace along with the building of a new NATO base in Vicenza, the occupation of Afghanistan, the “security package” etc.

This weakening of the government led the owners and the different mafias inside itself to feel this administration inadequate. The “Mastella Affair” is only the last of a series of episodes that might bring the collapse. However, this affair brought at the light the caste arrogance that characterised also the Prodi’s government. The round of applause given in the parliament in defence of Mastella by almost all the centre-left majority joint with the centre-right opposition has widened their distance from the masses and the crisis of reliability.

The official left forces appear pathetic and risible when they argue that so far the government has “acted bad” toward the masses – a true admission – but just when it was to “act good” someone made it fall. Beside the crisis of consent, an internal contradiction came up along with the birth of the Democratic Party and the rising leadership of Veltroni. This showed to the bourgeoisie a chance for even more rightist policies. Through the Berlusconi/Veltroni convergence, they will be able to march more quickly toward a “strong” government and state.

Therefore, the anticipated elections are a necessary move to form a more adequate government for the ruling class. A cheating game with a known end: the votes will not decide the form of the government but only the composition.

To demolish every electoral illusion among the workers and the people’s masses is still the first task for the genuine communists, now more than ever. The crisis of consent among the masses expressed itself with important movements of struggle. So far they have not found a representation or the necessary political weight to really produce a crisis “from left” and a new scenario in which the workers and the people’s masses can influence in a determining way the formation of the government, the program and the strength balance with the State and the owners.

The next government, no matter who will win the Berlusconi/Veltroni competition, will march in with a more and more accelerate pace toward the building of what we call, with a simplified formula, a regime of modern fascism and police State.

We say modern fascism because the ideological, cultural and programmatic common cement of the parties competing for the government is given by the absolute primacy of the capitalist dictatorship, by their deep-down anti-communism, by a new corporative system of industrial relationships, by the projects of a reactionary change of the Constitution, to clear the elements coming from the Resistance.

It is a “modern” fascism, adequate to the Italy, the Europe, the world system in the 2008, like that existing in the imperialist US or that advancing in well sharp form in the France of Sarkozy.

The close nexus between the building of such a regime and the police State is shown by how they turn the social struggles into problems of public order and adopt “security packages” to armour the State, make the repressive forces sacred and channel the reactionary humus they widely spread among the masses toward a totalitarian form of State.

The reactionary ideology of the State stands against every issue of the social and political struggle: the life in the factories as well as the problem of the rubbish or the rights of women and migrants. The electoral competition between the major parties does not move between two alternatives solutions but on the politic personnel that will apply the sole solution.

In order to outline the role of the communists before this elections and in this political phase, we need start from the advanced factors coming up from the class struggle, the proletarian and mass movements under the Prodi’s government.

The workers refusing the accord on the pensions and welfare state and some advanced sectors of the struggle for the wage, out of the control of the official unions, the uprising of Naples and the Campania, the demo of the women on 24th of November, the demos against the repression, the different forms of resistance in the cultural life, all these form a composite and still fragile movement, but it is an important ground of strength accumulation for a genuine movement of opposition that will gain strength every time it gets separate from the two bourgeois poles, every time it shows another politics based on another understanding, another program, that opposes also the reactionary populism and the anti-politics of the petit bourgeoisie.

To unite this struggle movement, to carry out the proletarian leadership in different forms, to develop a united front based on the autonomous and independent organization of the masses, to uphold the strategy and tactics of a protracted “war” in the clash with the bourgeoisie and its two poles, this is the role of the communists and the workers militant vanguards in distinction from two currently harmful ways.

The first one is to participate with own lists at the elections. Far from to facilitate the entry of the proletarians in the “toy theatre of the politics” or to represent there the issues of the masses, it brings confusion, marginalization and ideological corruption. To use the metaphor of the “toy theatre”, it reduce the proletarian and mass movement into a “walk-on”.

The other equally harmful danger is given by the anarchist-economist or new populist forms of escape from the current political tasks. To forge in the fire of the class struggle the necessary tools to develop the class struggle – the communist party of new type, the class union, the united opposition front – even the specific electoral process demands the just slogans to give a sole reference to the entire movement of opposition, a direction to give concreteness to the autonomous role of the working class and the proletarians.

The slogan “neither centre-right or centre-left, workers government” serves this goal.

It is important that it wins the ranks of the working class and becomes a reference for the whole movement of opposition. In this electoral campaign to state “the struggle, not the vote” is not enough. We need to bring vigorously the slogan of “another government” that will express another understanding of the government, the State, the politics. Another power.

The “workers government” today serves also the propaganda of the communists solutions of the problems of the daily life of the proletarians and the people’s masses, of the perspective of the proletarian power, of the socialism and communism.

Therefore, the work of the communists aims to unite, strengthen and increase the actual opposition against the two bourgeois poles to turn it into the base of the opposition against the new government that will come from the elections.

Statement by The Cobas for the Class Union on the elections in Italy

In occasion of the forthcoming electoral competition, the workers of the Slai Cobas for the Class Union stress several basic points.

None of the parties currently represented in the Parliament, neither of the centre-left or the centre-right coalition, while were at in the government defended the interests of workers and people’s masses concerning the problems they had.

The so-called “Biagi” law, that generalized the workers precariousness at favour of the owners, was made by the Berlusconi’s government and substantially maintained by the Prodi’s government.

The cut of the wages and families earnings, because of the high cost of living was serious under the Berlusconi’s government and became worse and worse under the Prodi’s government.

Nothing has been done in order to improve the conditions of the youth, in the schools, the neighbourhoods, the work places or the every day life and even less has been done for the working women, precarious or unemployed. On the contrary, the attacks against them has worsened also in the sphere of their freedom and rights along with the increasing homicides inside the families, rapes and sexual nuisance, attacks against the right of abortion.

Under the centre-right as well as the centre-left governments the number of the so-called “white murders” of the workers on the work place, the professional diseases and the environment pollution grew up, the social services, the health-care and the waste processing worsened.

In the essence, they foreign policies were similar, subordinated to the US interests, along with military interventions and increasing military expenses, as well as their internal policies, along with the so-called
“security-packages” the anti-migrants policies, the unjust justice and forms of police State.

Therefore, the workers of the Slai Cobas for the Class Union do not support neither Berlusconi or Veltroni, nor they trust the demagogic and reactionary rightist forces or the other “left” forces participating the Berlusconi’s or Prodi’s government.

We call to struggle and organize do defend the wages, work conditions for a radical change of the actual state of the things, for a political and social mass revolution that will bring a worker government and the power in the hands of the people’s masses.

Throughout Italy, proletarian women and the feminist movement will demonstrate in a thousand different forms, from the women worker's strike to street demonstrations to defend the right of abortion and all women rights that everyday are under attack by the bourgeoisie, by its governments and its parties; they fight against the attack on their life and labour conditions because they are the first to be sacked, to live in precariousness and unemployed; they fight against the high cost of living, and cuts to social services that makes their life really difficult and pushes them in a double oppression; they fight against the more intensified sexual violence within the family and originated by the new and old forms of domination and male chauvinist-patriarchal oppression; they fight against the clerical fascist attack to the right of abortion inspired by pope Ratzinger and sustained in different forms by centre-right parties as well as by the centre-left.

Against all this they have demonstrated, latest 24th November, in hundreds of thousands; they have isolated and ejected away from the parade the falsely left minister women of the Prodi government and of the centre-right parties and for this they have been attacked as "violent" or even "terrorist".

The reformist forces and leaders of the middle and petty bourgeoisie have tried to make this movement compatible to the system during the big assembly of 12th January and the two days workshop, but the majority of women and feminist organizations, and among these are a lot of young women, have rejected this embrace.

Just from the start women have found in the Revolutionary Proletarian Feminist Movement a point of reference which can defend and support their most radical reasons and struggles to unite women workers and proletarians and feminist movement so as to advance in the struggle, in the conscience and at organizational level.

This way has united new energies to the proletarian and revolutionary tendency in the women movement.

This advance confirms, in the fire of class struggle and strictly linked to the masses, the capacity of proletarian communists of the Maoist Communist Party in Italy to elaborate the concrete analysis of the concrete situation, to develop the mass line, to identify and develop the concrete path to unchain the fury of the women as powerful strength of revolution in an imperialist country as Italy is.

Phoney communist groups and parties, on the contrary, develop a dogmatic and opportunistic line, a doctrinarian Marxism and practical revisionism which brings them apart from feminine masses and contributes to the maintaining of revisionism and its hegemony, reformist and petit bourgeois feminism within the women's movement.

ÉLECTION PRÉSIDENTIELLE EN FRANCE
Passer de la résistance à l'offensive !

Il y a douze candidats à la présidence de la République. Les présidentiables sont au nombre de quatre, dont deux de droite (un se présentant comme centriste), un d’extrême droite, une social-démocrate de droite.

Parmi les autres candidats, trois trotskistes (déclarés ou parrainés), un écologiste, une révisionniste, un altermondialiste, un d’extrême droite, un de droite.

Ces huit candidats n’auront qu’une solution: rallier l’un des deux candidats au deuxième tour, cautionner une équipe qui se fixe comme objectif de renforcer le système capitaliste, faire un « ordre plus juste », tout en poursuivant la modernisation de l’appareil de production capitaliste, en renforçant l’appareil d’État, en tout premier lieu, en intégrant les acteurs sociaux de toutes sortes à la gestion des entreprises, de l’éducation, en mobilisant professeurs, éducateurs, services sociaux divers, en utilisant l’armée pour encadrer la jeunesse, en rendant obligatoire l’adhésion aux syndicats. Ces derniers seront appelés à participer. Ce système va continuer à réprimer tous ceux plus nombreux qui le contestent.

Cette collaboration de classes pour la gestion du système capitaliste, nous l’appelons fascisme moderne, avec une politique d’intégration-répression de plus en plus forte de l’État policier.

La majorité de notre peuple ne se fait pas d’illusion et sait qu’aucune de ces promesses ne sera tenue par aucun candidat dans le cadre du système capitaliste.

La révolte des banlieues et des quartiers populaires demeure. La formidable mobilisation des étudiants et des lycéens contre le CPE a fait reculer le gouvernement. Les SDF ont montré au grand jour la grande misère des laissés pour compte. Les sans papiers ne baissent pas les bras, multiplient occupations, manifestations. Les salariés devant l’augmentation continue du coût de la vie, osent revendiquer des augmentations de salaires comme à Citröen à Aulnay-sous-bois, par exemple. Les événements de la Gare du Nord ont montré qu’une « étincelle peut mettre le feu à toute la plaine ». A l’école de la rue Rampal la population s’est opposée à l’attaque policière contre un grand père venu chercher sa petite fille. La police multiplie les rafles, entre autres contre les sans-papiers faisant la queue devant les Restos du cœur. Toutes ces luttes montrent que le feu couve sous la braise.

Aucune réforme de ce système n’est possible, car son objectif constant est l’augmentation de la plus-value (partie du travail non payée au travailleur). Le capitaliste, pour résister à ses concurrents dans le contexte mondial, doit moderniser, restructurer, c’est-à-dire réduire la masse salariale. C’est le sens des délocalisations dans les pays où le prix des terrains est moins élevé, là où le coût des salaires et des charges sociales est le plus avantageux pour lui.

Boycottons cette élection, elle n’apporte aucune solution!

Il faut leur opposer à cela une autre logique. Le seul espoir, c’est la perspective révolutionnaire. Elle seule peut satisfaire les besoins des travailleurs. Il faut prendre le pouvoir, tout le pouvoir, « exproprier les expropriateurs », pour appliquer notre plan de socialisation complète des moyens de production et d’échanges, la révolution dans le domaine des choix et des idées. C’est la révolution prolétarienne.

C’est pourquoi il faut partir de la révolte, l’amplifier, l’organiser pour passer de la résistance à l’offensive contre l’État capitaliste. C’est une lutte, une guerre populaire prolongée entre les deux grandes classes de la société: le prolétariat et les couches populaires organisés dans leur parti révolutionnaire, leur syndicat de classe, leurs associations vraiment populaires, le mouvement révolutionnaire de la jeunesse prolétarienne, contre la bourgeoisie, son appareil d’État, ses collaborateurs et partisans de tout poil.

Il Nepal è luogo avanzato in tutto il mondo della lotta delle donne per la loro emancipazione, come parte integrante e determinante della guerra popolare.

Ieri le donne in Nepal non contavano nulla, non avevano diritti, non potevano decidere chi sposare, il loro destino era quello di essere mogli e di mettere al mondo figli secondo un’educazione e una cultura profondamente patriarcale e reazionaria nei loro confronti basata su una divisione dei ruoli che privilegia solamente l’uomo nell’ambito sociale e politico, mentre le donne sono educate ad accettare come naturale l’unico ruolo di subordinazione legato alla produzione e alla riproduzione della vita domestica e familiare.

Oggi davvero si può cominciare a parlare al passato dopo 10 anni di guerra popolare in cui la partecipazione delle donne nepalesi che si sono ribellate, lottando contro il regime feudale sostenuto dall’imperialismo, contro l’oppressione patriarcale e feudale, è aumentata di giorno in giorno. Sempre più donne rivoluzionarie sono presenti nel partito, nell’esercito di liberazione e nel nuovo potere politico delle zone liberate, nuovo stato in costruzione.

Questa esperienza delle donne nepalesi contro quella che chiamiamo tripla oppressione, di classe, di genere e feudale, è un altissimo contributo alla lotta delle donne, naturalmente non solo nepalesi, che stanno sperimentando nel loro paese direttamente, ma per tutte le donne che lottano per la comune battaglia nel cammino delle donne verso la loro emancipazione mondiale.

We learned about your Congress already a while ago—we actually announced it at the international meeting held in Paris last April. Your 2006 May First statement was also included in the documents of this meeting.

We also learned about the document you have published. Although it is part of the international documentation that we are currently studying within our party, it will be difficult for us to comment on it before your congress. But we will do it afterwards.

The newest edition (No. 2) of our La Nuova Bandiera magazine contains several articles dealing with topics raised in your own document. An enthusiastic and strong meeting has realized in Maoist camp- Red block Italy for supporting peoples war in Nepal in occasion of international day of action of 2nd September.

The event begun in evening of 31 august with a concert of Kalamu group -italian folk music a big panel " hail people's war in Nepal" , a big flag of Mao and a running over music demonstrates as youth and peoples in italy support revolutionary struggle in Nepal !

On the first september the maoist camp changed to a "Nepal camp" with flags, pictures, Nepalese music and in the evening the meeting after Red block presentation and reading of 2 september call by Nepal solidarity commitees, a large intervention of Nepal comrade explain today's situation in Nepal, advance of people's war, political struggle, accords and actions for the peoples demand, struggle against imperialism interference and intervention etc.

After intervention , greetings and interventions of workers, youth, women, political prisoners, and - very important - turkish comrades, french comrades (about them, students and militants of Nanterre University in Paris 'banlieu uprising and anti-CPE movement 'activists) and finally the Maoist Communist Party Of Italy [PCm - Italy] conclusion and call for proletarian internationalism and the collective and high song of "L'internazionale". The evening continued with a solidarity dinner and a new concert of 'Jovine' group.

A very very good meeting for a big "2nd september action international day!

A delegation of PCm-Italy has been in Nepal in the middle of august and has had meeting with chairman Prachanda and Battarai, with others importants quadres of PCN(m), with youth, female, trad union, liberation front organisations. The delegation of PCm-Italy has visited 'red bases' of new power in Nepal.

Importants debates about ideological, political items of maoism, people's war, internationalism have had. In the same time the delegation have had analisys of ICM and RIM situation, situation in imperialist countries and revolutionary struggle for socialism and comunism.

Decisions about support people's war in Nepal and continuation of debate for ideological, political unity about PCm-Italy and PCN(m) have had, in the context of unity-struggle- trasformation in RIM and ICM

in the next months adeguate pubblications and issues shall be realized for knowledge all MCI and revolutionary proletarian organisations.

una delegazione del PCmaoista- Italia é stata in nepal nei giorni scorsi

e ha incontrato i massimi dirigenti del PCN(maoista) e delle organizzazioni di massa dirette dai maoisti: giovanili, femminili, sindacali ecc. La delegazione ha visitato 'le basi rosse' del nuovo potere in nepal.

importanti discussioni sui temi ideologici politici hanno avuto luogo sulla situazione internazionale e sul movimento comunista internazionale, sulla situazione della lotta rivoluzionaria per il socialismo e il comunismo nei paesi oppressi dall'imperialismo e nei paesi imperialisti

sono state prese decisioni comuni sul sostegno alla lotta del popolo nepalese e altre riguardanti la continuazione del confronto e dell'unità ideologica e politica dei maoisti italiani e nepalesi, nel contesto dell'unità lotta trasformazione all'interno del MCI

su tutto questo nel mese di settembre saranno realizzate pubblicazioni utili alla comprensione e conoscenza da parte dei proletari avanzati e delle forze comuniste del nostro paese dei contenuti ed esiti di questi incontri così come saranno realizzate nuove iniziative solidali e internazionaliste

l'anniversario di Genova che mostra come si sia legittimato stato di polizia e moderno fascismo di genova G8

mostra senza ombra di dubbio che fronteggiamo sempre di più un regime di moderno fascismo e stato di polizia al servizio dell'imperialismo italiano e dentro la guerra infinita di bush e dentro la contesa interimperialista USA/EUROPA ma anche Cina/russia che comporta all'interno una politica antioperaia e antipopolare al servizio degli interessi del grande capitale

il regime di moderno fascismo fondato sullo stato di polizia avanza sia direttamente con i governi di centro destra sia all'ombra e in forme più sottili con i governi di centrosinistra nel nostro paese il moderno fascismo e lo stato di polizia cammina ora con le gambe del governo Prodi_Bertinotti - governo di falsa sinistra e di vera destra - con Bertinotti sociailmperista - socialista a parole e imprialista nei fatti

allo stato del capitale moderno fascista e poliziesco, inerventista e guerrafondaio, antioperaio e antipopolare occorre opporre la teoria e la prassi della rivoluzione e del partito della rivoluzione, la linea di massa fondata sulla centralità operaia e l'autorganizzazione proletaria e popolare, il fronte unito fuori e contro i partiti parlamentari alternativo a ogni forma di parlamentarismo e pacifismo

pensare di fronteggiare su ogni singolo fronte l'avversario senza questa visione generale e senza coerenza di principi e politica, di analisi-teoria e prassi é opportunismo, movimentismo, spontaneismo

MAOIST CAMP

Red Block, the organization of the Maoist youth led by the PCm Italia has organized its summer camp for the young proletarian, precarious and young cadres: a Maoist camp!

It will take place in Sicily, in Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto (Messina) from August 26 to the September 2 2006 near the seaside.

This year the main topic of the camp is "from Paris to Kathmandu: To rebel is justified!"

From the uprising of the proletarian youth in the Banlieues to the glorious People's War in Nepal, through Turkey, Italy, etc., everywhere the youth raise up, making nearer the new great wave of the world proletarian revolution.

The imperialism trembles before the uprising of the proletarian youth and the fear of the bourgeoisie corresponds the hunger and pride of the rebel youth.

The imperialist governments think they can bend the rebellion of the proletarian masses but the rebellion increases under the ash, within the precariousness, the exploitation, the oppression and it blows up before the attacks of the bourgeoisie.

In this Maoist camp, red block goes on the work begun with the international meeting held in Paris, the April 29 and 30, preparing its second wave through a deepening and the discussion.

This year the Maoist camp will celebrate the 40th anniversary and uphold the lessons of the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution and the experience of the red guards serving the building of the proletarian power in the 21st century.

During the camp there will be initiative supporting the people's wars in Nepal, Peru, Turkey, discussions on the history and the situation of the construction of the Marxist-Leninist-Maoist parties in the imperialist countries and particularly in Italy.

There will be the red tent of the Revolutionary Proletarian Feminist Movement, music, people theatre, movies, concerts, self managed cooking.

We call the revolutionary youth organizations and forces to send their delegations to the Maoist camp of the Red Block.

We specially call the organizations and comrades who attended and had the opportunity to meet us at the international meeting in Paris, whose political work amongst the immigrated, proletarian and youth masses we could appreciate.

The area of the camp cannot contain more than 70 comrades, so the international delegations must not exceed 2-3 people for organizations.

We cannot share the costs of the travels of the invited comrades while we will charge on the camp organization the costs of their stay there (food, tent fee etc.).

The international representatives will have the chance to hold meetings and to read speeches during the initiatives.

Maoist Camp en Sicile, du 26 août au 2 septembre

Red Block organisation de la jeunesse maoïste dirigée du Pcm, organise, aussi cet année, son camping estival pour jeunes cadres prolétaires, précaires et étudiantes : un camping maoïste !
Le Maoist Camp se tient en Sicile, Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto ( Messina ), du 26 août au 2 septembre 2006 a coté du mer. Le thème principal du camping cet année est « da Paris a Katmandu, on a raison de se révolter » da la révolte des jeunes prolétaires du banlieues à la glorieuse Guerre Populaire en Nepal, passant à travers Turquie, Italie, partout la jeunesse se rebelle, vers la nouvelle vague de la révolution prolétarienne mondial. Limpérialisme tremble en face de la rébellion de la jeunesse prolétaire, la révolte du banlieues a montre que à la peur de la bourgeoisie, correspond la rage et l'orgueil de la jeunesse rebelle. Les gouvernements impérialistes pensaient de avoir dompté la rébellion des masses prolétariennes, mais la rébellion est augmente sous les cendres, dans la précarité , dans le chômage, dans loppression et en face de les provocations de la bourgeoisie elle explose en envahissant les routes et les voies. Dans ceci le Maoist Camp du Red Block continue le travail commencé avec l'expérience de le rencontre international de Paris du 29/30 avril, et à travers approfondissement et débat, prépare la deuxième vague. Le Maoist Camp cet année célèbre le 40° anniversaire de la Grand Révolution Culturel Prolétarienne en Cina et de l'expérience du gardes rouges, au service de la construction du pouvoir prolétaire du 21° siècle. Au camping ce sont des soirées à soutien de les Guerres Populaires en Nepal, Pérou Turquie, débats sur la situation et l'histoire de la construction des partis communistes marxiste léniniste -maoïste dans les pays impérialistes et en particulier en Italie ; le rideau rouge de le Mouvement Féministe Prolétaire Révolutionnaire, expositions, musiques, théâtre populaire, cinéma, concerts, cuisine.

Nous invitons le organisations de la jeunesse, les collectifs et comités a envoyer leurs représentants au Camping Maoïste du Red Block, in particulier les organisations et camarades présents au rencontre international de Paris, qui ont pu nous connaître et dont nous avons pu apprécier le travail politique entre les masses prolétariennes, immigrées et juvéniles.

L'espace du camping à nous destiné peut contenir au maximum de 70 camarades et les notre invité externes ne pourront pas être dans l'ensemble plus de 2/3 camarades pour pays, collectif, organisation. Le voyage est à la charge de les organisations et de les camarades invités, pendant le séjour (rideau et manger) est à la charge du camping.
Les représentants auront l'opportunité de faire des rencontres et y seront,
a la soir, des initiatives avec leurs relations et interventions.
