Nothing.

We had a week from the bottom weather wise.. bottom digit temps
freezing rain
Putter is in Florida at the PRI.. Performance Racing Industry show
Putter says it is humid in Florida
I had Jack Pepper sleepover on Friday night
My Boss gave me a Christmas Tree cause he has been hauling to California so I got a Grand Fir from him
I need to saw the bottom off so that is why it isn't up yet
Got new brakes on my car this week while Putter was gone
That's it... Boring

Oh something just happened the house just creaked, by my desk, never heard that before.. it was up in the corner... Makes me think of Earth Quakes... hmm not good..

I am just gonna say I really wish Christmas was different more like Thanksgiving.

I really hope Putter finds a job soon. Forget the money part, he needs one just to get thru the days.

Yep it's the time of year again.
I got some grandkid shopping done for Christmas. Mack Trucks from Cars are the rage with Jack Pepper this year. Brighton is looking for a Magna-doodle and she got some fancy Dora Boots to put her little chunky feet in. Cute they are. I will need to get them the traditional Christmas PJ's.

Not a whole lot going on lately. Putter still out of a JOB. Me still Partime at least this week, that could change on a moments rage.
The weather has been cold cold cold and dry.. Been Cooking more homemade meals lately. It's Been Fun :) Other than that pretty darn boring. If I can think of something I will let ya know. Until then Hang tough out there. :) Happy Day

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at my daughters house. Let's see Brighton was there, Mike, Craig, Putter, Justin, Jess and Me. She made wonderful food. Her house is so cute and tiny but it works perfect for her little family. Jessica has Putter's Grandmother big table so we all had Thanksgiving around that table. Memories.. we are making them. It was wonderful to see Jessica and Justin getting along.. for so long they have had that brother sister rivalry going on.. Finally it is coming to pass. They make me proud. Jack was with his dad in Vancouver having Thanksgiving with his other Grandparents and Great Grandparents and Uncle's and lots of other family he hadn't met yet. New things happening for Jack. It was a good day.
My family is spread all over the place now.. Illinois, California, Arizona, Nevada... I miss you all!!!

A Friend Jolene mention today something about having a beautiful Chinook Arch today... So I googled... and found this beautiful picture... gorgeous!!!! Here is the meaning of such Arch.. Thanks to the Glossary of Meteorology and yes Jolene hangs in Canada.

chinook arch—A mountain-wave cloud form that occurs along the east slopes of the Rocky Mountains, particularly in the Montana–Alberta area, where the range runs roughly north–south.

The arch cloud has a sharp western (upwind) edge and a great cross-wind extent in the lee of and parallel to the Rockies. Arch clouds can stretch a few hundred km or more north–south as measured from the ground and from satellite. The arch refers to the shape of the western edge of the wave cloud as seen by an observer looking westward from the ground on the plains east (to the lee) of the mountains. The arch is especially noticeable when the blue sky to the west of it is completely clear of other cloud layers. Glider pilots sometimes refer to the clear area as the “window.” The distinctive shape of the arch is due to the cloud height (usually middle or high cloud), its large cross-wind extent along the horizon, and the perspective of the observer, who sees the cloud and the mountain range converge with distance to the north and south. The arch cloud often presages a chinook. Because of the rapid temperature rises associated with a chinook, the arch has an important place in local weather lore as a predictor.

Yesterday, I happened upon this person towing a 3 cart rolling thing.. Notice up front is a Reclining Chair... easier to hang I guess... followed by a bunch of Sleeping Bags.. hmm it was raining also. I just got a feeling this guy is a little off the Rocker.. Really True Story.. I seen it. :)

Well, I am back home... Yeah so glad to be in my own bed :) If you don't follow me on Facebook or catch up on my twitters... well then I will catch you up...

Seems 6 weeks ago I went to California to see my Grandparents.. Grandpa has a good does of dementia now. It's a very weird situation there.

Then came home for 4 days... off to Las Vegas to house/dog sit at my Aunt Pats house.. oh yeah she is a bestest friend also..'!! Got to spend the week with Shannon, my bestest Friend and her daughter Chelsea... Then my other bestest Friend Aunt Jayne came for a Week...

Then home for a week.. Then moved my Parent's to Illinois to hang with my brother (my bestest brother) LOL.. Anyway Putter and I drove a Uhaul back full of Mom's stuffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff... The Uhaul broke down and some crazy's moved all the stuff from one Uhaul to another....

Got home on Tuesday.. my old computer bit the big one... I am on a new computer now via Mom.. That was my gift for moving her... I lovessss my new computer... I can Farmtown with the best of them now!!!

That's all for now... I took pics, I got stories to tell.. but I will have to be in the mood.. ya know what I mean..

Still in Vegas, 4 more days left then I get to go home... Yeah!!!!! Then home for 5 days. Then Putter and I are off on an adventure for 10 days. Where will we go, what will we do???? I know, I will clue you in later.. Yep, I am bored tonight. A little sunburned and a lot of Onery tonight!!! Geesh, there go the sirens again... this town is full of Noise... My goodness.

Three Amigos in Las Vegas

Yep we have been having fun!!
Day 1~Drove up to Mt. Charleston the place reminds me of Kyburz California. Then we went for lunch it was good so we were stuffed and didn't need dinner that night. We went to the movie to see Couple's Retreat.... My heart pitter pattered for Vince Vaughn... Great Movie...
Day~2 the girls went to the strip I stayed back and went hot tubbing... that night we went to a comedy show starting Frank Calindo... it was great...
Day 3~ we went to breakfast at Original Pancake House and then tonight we went to the show "Marriage can be Murder".... Chelsea figured out all the who donit's... She won a Sleuth Plaque and tickets to another comedy show. She is a great kid. We had a good time then came home to watch Chel's favorite show. Son's of Anarchy.. Good Show... so that has been our 3 busy days... yes there still has been time for interneting on facebook, emailing all that crazy crap :)

Another Monday comes to a close

Today was a trying day with the Lil Hitler... He can turn a perfectly wonderful day into a nerve racking mess of a day.

I will be working all week because I will be house sitting/Buddy sitting for the next two weeks in Las Vegas.. Yeah!!!

Shann and her daughter Chelsea come to visit with me the first week and the second week will be my Aunt Jayne. Looking forward to this break.

Let's see I made a beef stew for dinner tonight.. Amazing I felt like I haven't cooked in ages. Being gone from home so much lately is tough and then what do I do turn around and leave for another two weeks... Then I come home for a week and we are off on a moving adventure for another week.. My Parents are moving to Illinois on November 2nd... Putter and I will be moving their furniture across 2000 miles. Should be fun!!!!!

So weird things are happening in my life... I want things..not material things. It's more of a making memories thing. More of old things ending and moving on to simple things. My life is pretty simple at times. A simple boring little house. I am a jeans/shorts/t-shirts kind of person. I love hand made things. The things someone makes with their heart and hands also I suppose. I am not in want of the best of things. Just meaningful things. I have a knack over letting my mind wander off and getting myself into sticky situations... that aggravates me some. I am tired of the worries. I worry for my son a lot lately. but it's not something I can help with... I need not enable him. I love him dearly I hope he finds his trail soon.

I wonder how many of us are up at night staring away at computers or are up worrying about money.. that is a nasty one.. Money... it sucks I want some simple in my day.. simple where are you?

I am getting the itch to blog again.. Why, maybe it is the Fall season ... maybe has not a damned thing to do with it... Could be I have more time.. Work is coming to a fast full halt... getting a whole 20 hours this week.. Got the flu.. who knows if it is the H1N1 variety.. the flu is the flu.. you either die or live, I suppose.. The evening's and the morning are getting chilly again.. We had that pissy rain today in Oregon.. the kind where you can still do stuff.. It won't drench ya it is just there.. Sometimes I miss the rain and then it comes and then I want it to go away..... Let's see what else.. my computer is getting fickle so I need to backup and go on from there.. I don't want to be a duffus and lose my stuff.. Putt still hasn't been able to find a job... It feels weird... My weight is stuck at the 30 pound lose.. that is it... stuck there. I am actually getting bored of Facebook games... same old same old over and over... So that is it for me for tonight.. hopefully I will be back tomorrow.. Now that would be weird..............

Awww I love Sundays

It is a Sunday morning. I have the morning news on in the background. They are reporting on the fires in California. Ugly things they are.

I have my coffee with a vanilla nut creamer in it. Black is not my coffee habit.
The dogs are spread out on the floor enjoying the cool morning. The Man of the house is asleep in bed still. He has had a busy week with his brother's race car adventures. I like it when he slows down enough to rest. I have missed him dearly this last week. I have the windows open. It's a grey day outside in the sky. I can feel the morning dew in the air. I really enjoy Sunday mornings.

Got to see my grandkids last evening. I love them little kids. Smiles all around after bath time. They love their bath time. I love it cause they are clean and much more fun to snuggle with. Eww I love hugs.

Went yesterday with my mother in-law and saw the movie... The time travelers wife. It was an interesting movie. My parents are leaving in the morning to go visit my brother in Illnois for 10 days.

Other than that I do hope I feel as mellow as I do now for the rest of the day. Have a great Sunday everyone!
