This is a VERY ...I created the swirls in photoshop. This is a VERY easy technique. The hardest part is downloading the brushes and loading them onto your system. But all you do is select the brush tool in PS select the brush you want to use (I used 3 or 5 brushes on this one, all swirls) and click on the area you want the image to appear. It's more like using rubber stamps rather than 'brushes'.
