I have this idea in my head that you wanted to write a song about Pi, but thought it would be too grand of a concept for kids.

Both Linnell and Flansburgh have had side projects. Have they ever played songs from those records at there live shows? I consider both "Montana" and "I Hit My Head" to be great TMBG songs dispite them being recorded outside of the group.

What does it feel like to be on stage - what parts of your body hurt or get uncomfortable after and hour or two of playing?

If you all have earplugs in, how can you hear what the audience is yelling?

What does it smell like onstage? Do you notice that every stage smells mostly the same, or do they all smell different, or do all the gear and the lights overwhelm whatever smells are already there?

What does the audience look like from the stage?

I recall the guys saying that Disney didn't include the song "T-Shirt" on ABC's because it was "too extreme" for Disney.
Although Disney seems to be allowing you guys to do whatever you want, "No!" was a lot more...well, They Might Be Giants-y.
You probably can't speak on this for fear of the Mouse Ear Mafia, but do you feel restricted or reined in by the Disney contract?
