I don't blame you for leaving the Scotland job and thank you for taking us from 88th back up to 25th, most people won't know that you took the Scotland under 18s to win the European Youth Championship in 1982 but I do. You've made an easy job for your succesor because no Scotland will be second seeds in their group and so will only face one big gun, rather than 4th seeds having to qualify against both World cup finalists and the Ukraine.
Plenty of people will point out that you had more money last time you were at Ibrox but I'm sure you will buy well and bring in the best of Scottish talent, who will play their hearts out for the club.
I'm slightly worried by the signing of 36 year old David Weir, I hope hes just a short term fix to ensure champions league qualification and maybe taking a coaching role at the end of the season.

I'd also suggest maybe giving Fabio Capello a ring to see if you can get Beckham on loan for the next 5 months seeing as they don't want him, he wants to be released from his contract early and LA Galaxy have ruled out him arriving early. He's not got much to do for the rest of the season.
Yours faithfully,
IainI.Mchttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05012912679175883016noreply@blogger.com
