Going to UW-Madison and received a $32,000 academic scholarship at the end of her freshman year in high school and elected to take a number of college-credit courses throughout high school because she was ready for the challenge. The 1st blog comment said that no one had to come back from an injury except K-Bet and that may be true. However, did you know that Bowman played the entire season with gall bladder attacks and ER visits and had surgery as soon as the season was over so she could be ready for softball?<BR/><BR/>I certainly could not have achieved that feat! The girl holds the steals record in a single game at Shawano that she set last season and she tied that record twice this season. Playing that kind of defense and she still led the conference in scoring. See who kept their grades up year after year even though they played a demanding sport, or two or three for that matter. The top spot is easy to pick at that point.
