honey, it's been almost a year since you wrote this story - and, of course, i had forgotten this whole incident.

it was wonderful to read and remember, your class, your teaching, the nurturing environment you create, and your wonderful kids.

i know you miss them - but i know you're doing as much or more for them, albeit indirectly, this year.

... if only our world leaders had sat our could sit in your class for a year. they would better know their job, how to treat each other, and how to act with respect.
