The bald bloke is Malcolm Powers, who used to work for me and who I believe is currently the Regional Director of the South-East Region of the Labour Party. His (Powers') wife is the duplicitous Kathryn Peak, former close friend of John Howarth (prop. Public Impact Ltd) who (Peak) is a police officer in Bracknell these days I am told.
