All articles go through a review process before being promoted publicly. The most common reason for an article to be rejected is when an article appears to have a "primary focus on advertising or promoting a specific business, web site, person, or other entity" which makes the article an advertisement.
We also routinely reject articles which contain many grammatical or spelling errors, defamatory information or just simply do not fit within our mission or purpose.

Does SearchWarp endorse the articles on SearchWarp.com?
No we do not. We may allow many different articles with many different themes in line with our mission statement, but we do not endorse any articles which appear on SearchWarp.com.

Advice and information found on SearchWarp.com is of general nature and can not be applied universally. Everyone wants to benefit with high quality links pointing back to their blogs and websites bringing both visitor traffic and higher search engine rankings.

Unfortunately most article writers sabotage the article's reprint value and their marketing attempts with avoidable errors and mistakes. Many writers can dramatically increase the number of article re-prints by eliminating some simple errors and mistakes.

The first sets of writing errors and mistakes are English spelling and grammar. When a publisher sees too many spelling and grammar errors they simply dismiss the article. We all look at information and try to place a value judgement on the information. When an author has simple spelling and grammar mistakes the common action is to think - "why should I read this information?" or "why should I trust this explanation when the author can not even write properly?".

The second set of writing mistakes is the structure. Many article writers just jump all over the place with a description, then a point, then a call to action, then another description or story or example and misplaced references. Many stories are hard to follow because they are not organized and have no structure. These hard to follow and hard to understand stories are also dismissed by the publishers.

One example of a writing structure is the five paragraph essay. The five paragraph essay starts with the "hook" and introduction paragraph. The second paragraph is the most important point or most important item about your topic. The third paragraph is the second most important item and the fourth paragraph can be a third item or conclusion. The fifth paragraph is the summary and includes the conclusion (or restated conclusion) and call to action.

The third set of mistakes are too many links or promotional items in the article. Publishers want a simple author reference and one link to the original post or the author's blog or website. Publishers do not want 3 or 4 links to various unrelated products or services. Publishers earn their money with ads and will not publish articles that are link farms and compete with the publisher.

My one link is in my resource box - this is all an author needs after the copy. On the author Bio page I have links to my website and blog. I do not have to mess up my writing with too many links or too many re-printing terms and conditions.

When a reader reads my article and likes it - they can go to my Bio Page and see all my articles and my other links to blogs and websites. The same event occurs with publishers. If a publisher sees one article they like, then with the one link to my Bio page they can see all of my articles. Maybe they will re-print 2 or 3 of them.

As a summary: proper spelling, grammar, structure and simple links will increase the chances of your article being published.

Check out my Bio page. Comments are welcome.
http://ezinearticles.com/?expert_bio=Ross_Mcbride

*******

Virtual Cocoon Blog URL
http://virtual-cocoon.blogspot.com/

Free ESL in Canada Directory of Canada universities, colleges, schools, Canadian ESL English as a second language schools, programs, classes, teachers, tutors, instructors, lessons, homestay, education coaching, consulting services, student resources, information and advice across Canada, North America.

Link to see our list of USA, Canada, School, Education, and personal BlogsESL in Canadahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10702714354762980393noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1503910385419600378.post-6434906860066421912008-03-09T16:17:00.003-05:002008-03-26T21:36:46.879-05:00ESL in Canada Newsletters
Join the ESL in Canada NEWS newsletter.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/eslincanada2000

For ESL English-as-a-Second Language students, teachers, homestay providers, agents and ESL service providers. Here are just a few of the many available.

1. use a web page to post the article
2. use a blog to post the article
3. use article distributers to post the article
4. use press release services to post the article
5. use article directories to post the article
6. use collected emails to post the article
7. use a newsletter to post the article
8. submit to existing news wire services,
9. submit to magazines or other print media
10. submit to information portals

Authors should use a variety of the services to build readers and increase traffic to their articles and websites. This process takes time and requires some trial and error experimentation to improve the value of educational article marketing results.

Here are some links and examples of what we do for our education articles.

Ezine Articles

SearchWarp Articles

Virtual Cocoon on Blogger

WordPress Weblog

Yahoo Newsletters

ESL in Canada Education Articles

How to Write English Sentences

Promoting Education Articles takes a lot of work and the results do not happen immediately.
