You have more people with location "London" on european sites. In other words you will more often be making the "London call". Tough decision on the river, call or fold? You look at location and see Malmo, you fold. You look at location and see London, you call. You look at location and see Helsingborg, you fold. You look at location and see Bristol, you call. You look at location and see Linkoping, you fold. You look at location and see Birmingham you call. =)

I'm sure you get the idea Mr Speed. In general games on European sites are bit less aggressive.

I can't tell you what to do in case you have a bad experience and blame me but there are lots of games at lower limits so you won't have a tough time finding good games.

When you visit the DTD site and click where it says "Click to Download DTDPOKER" - the next page should start an automatic download or you may have to start the download manually if pop-ups are blocked. That downloader installs the poker software and you are ready to make your account and play...
