I think that the more sleep thing is a myth. I don't put anything in my hair and it looks pretty grand. It's all in acceptance of your natural state of being. I tried to praise his re-grown hair but to no avail. Dave is like a thermometer. You can tell the temperature by measuring the hair on his head.
