The three-story building will consolidate Massey’s existing Charleston and Chapmanville offices and be closer to its mining operations in Southern West Virginia and Eastern Kentucky. About 100 employees will work at the new regional headquarters. Massey, headquartered in Richmond, Va., has operations in West Virginia, Kentucky and Virginia.
