Would you like to Soothe your mind, body and spirit in just 30 minutes. By setting aside 30 Minutes three times a week you can reduce stress in your life. Stress is one thing that we each have to much of.

Relaxing:

It's simple to get started and easy to maintain.

Minute 1-4 -- Dispnese our Relaxing Bubble Bath gel under warm running water in a bathtub and put on a relaxing CD (like or Reflections on God's Word CD)
