I cannot believe I have a 2nd grader! Bailey stepped of the bus Tuesday for his last day of 1st grade! We had such a great year. We had an amazing teacher and such a great group of kids in the class. I am so proud of him and all his accomplishments.

Amelia did such a great job at kindy screening today. On their testing scales, she averaged higher than a 6 and a half year old. She scored a 96%. It really doesn't mean anything as a whole, but she did so well and we are very proud of all that she has learned in her 5 years. Well, we are moving on the deck, slowly but surely. Bill has the holes dug and the concrete ready to be poured. I will be happy when it all comes together.The days are getting warmer and it is beginnning to look a little like summer. I have brought up the pool topic to Bill this year. It didn't take much longer, but tooth #2 fell out yesterday in school for Bailey. The way he describes it, you would have thought he was gushing blood all over the place. I mean, for real, it was a baby tooth barely hanging on for it's life. He was chewing on his watch (I know, I am so proud) and his tooth flipped out of his mouth and landed on the circle rug while they were sharing things.
