Stillen Stage 3 Intercooled Supercharger

Our new superchargers for the 350Z and G35 are based on an Eaton positive displacement twin rotor unit. We chose this type because of its track record of performance and reliability. This is the same unit employed by O.E. Manufacturers such as: Jaguar, Mercedes Benz and others. It is also the basis for kits by Jackson Racing, TRD, Rousch and others. This has been designed as a modification that will be reliable, long lived and satisfying in daily use. The twin screw design provides greatly increased low end power when compared to centrifugal superchargers. Before offering this kit for sale, we put 10 intensive months of design, testing, dyno time and day to day driving into it. The kit has been tested over thousands of miles in all driving conditions. We continued to refine it making improvements in operating efficiency, installation and compatibility with existing systems. Our intercooled stage 2 kit has earned CARB certification and is 50 state legal. By dramatically reducing the intake charge temperature, the intercooler provides more power and more consistent availability of power in high load and high ambient temperature operating conditions. The stage 1 kit can be upgraded to stage 2 specs and 50 state legal status via the addition of the Stillen intercooler kit. In Stage 2 trim, the unit produces approximately 70 horsepower to the wheels and upwards of that at the flywheel. This power is delivered in a smooth, linear fashion from idle through redline. We are rating this unit at an average of 371 hp @6000 rpm and 346 ft/lbs at 4200 rpm. The average install time for a stage 2 blower is approximately 15-16 hours for a certified mechanic with experience in this type of installation. This Supercharger kit requires that you replace the stock spark plugs with plugs that are 1 heat range colder (see part # NGK7654). We have received approval from Dell Financial Group to offer their extended warranty. This will allow limited coverage of the engine for 3 years or 36,000 miles as an additional cost option. GReddy Twin Turbo Kit w/Intercooler

The GReddy Twin Turbo G35 kit consists of two TD05H 18G turbos, a pair of Type-S external wastegates, two Airinx filter assemblies, a pair of cast stainless-steel turbo manifolds, required piping and hardware, larger main injectors and a preprogrammed e-Manage. Intercooling is handled by a GReddy front-mount, three-row chiller with cast aluminum end tanks. The intercooler is configured with dual inlets and a single 80mm outlet leading to the throttle body. The R&D effort also included a dual cat-back exhaust system with stylish Evolution cans and huge tips.
